RACE TWO

BREACH THE BEACH (7) had little luck last start from gate 3 when trying to secure position in a much stronger contest and was soon at the rear. Hitting the line in good order behind the winner NURBURGRING, it had followed a tough run in the breeze. He will need a rub of the green from this gate but can storm them late.

ALI DOWNUNDER (4) worked home strongly from a wide gate here 4 starts back to grab the silver when within 1.5m of the winner. That run was franked when arriving for the prize over the 2040m at his next outing. Beaten by a wide gate last start when too far back, settling closer can see him challenge in this.

LIFES A JUNGLE (1) was luckless last start when locked away from inside the 2nd line and looking to find a door ajar, they were all shut and he saw no open space. Early speed will be key here to his chances.

MACH TORQUE (3) rolled forward from gate 5 last start when asked to work in the run before finishing 8m from the winner MILLWOOD TILLY in a mares qualifier. She can be thereabouts in this.

SELECTIONS: BREACH THE BEACH (7), ALI DOWNUNDER (4), LIFES A JUNGLE (1), MACH TORQUE (3)
SUGGESTED BET: BREACH THE BEACH (7) to win

RACE THREE

REGAL NIGHTSHADE (4) was undone by gate 7 over the AP mile last start when retreating early to find position. The run still had merit when closing out in good order to be 5m in arrears of the winner. Racing tough in the breeze the start prior, he can fire early bullets here and look to overturn a win drought.

BILLBOARD BONNIE (8) was sent forward early from gate 5 prior to receiving cover last time out when finishing mid-field over the 2040m trip. Closing strongly up the passing lane the start prior when 4m away, she can tuck in behind here and with some front-end pressure challenge late.

LIBERAL ARDEN (5) was soon locked shuffled back from inside the 2nd line last start when finishing 8m from the winner. Placed his previous 3 starts in succession which had followed a victory, he is in the mix again in this line-up.

PIN CODE (7) was trying to make closing ground last start when mid-field behind the dictating JILLIBY JACKPOT. Not suited when working the start prior, she will be probing for a way clear in this.

SELECTIONS: REGAL NIGHTSHADE (4), BILLBOARD BONNIE (8), LIBERAL ARDEN (5), PIN CODE (7)
SUGGESTED BET: REGAL NIGHTSHADE (4) to win

RACE FOUR

MY ULTIMATE HESTON (4) settled in the running line from a 2nd line alley last start when finishing hard to claim a maiden breaking win at The Creek over the mile. That followed a tough 2nd when cutting the breeze from the 2nd line when 1st up. With the added fitness, he can go back-to-back.

KISSESFORYAMISSES (3) was sent around to the breeze from the 2nd line 2 starts back when having just her 2nd career start when 1st up from a spell. In for the fight she was only beaten a lip and franked that run when leading all the way here last start. With the gate advantage over her main dangers, she can look to capitalise.

BARONE (6) has been to the track 4 times now since returning from a break and should appreciate a drop to an age restricted event. Snagging back from gate 5 last start, he was a tidy 2nd 2 starts back and is in the mix.

OCTOBER RACKETEER (2) moved around them early last start to do the heavy lifting outside the leader. In for the fight when 2m in arrears of the winner HANOVER LECTER, he can feature in this.

SELECTIONS: MY ULTIMATE HESTON (4), KISSESFORYAMISSES (3), BARONE (6), OCTOBER RACKETEER (2)
SUGGESTED BET: MY ULTIMATE HESTON (4) to win

RACE FIVE

FORTYFIVE ROCK (7)
has been kept fresh since his last outing when asked to work in the run. Despite the workload he was in for the fight when only 4m in arrears of the winner. Not much went right 2 starts back when he was in search of a hat-trick and with even luck he can arrive here.

RAYONG PRINCESS (3) made the most of gate 1 last start to take control and lead them all the way. The 2040m was a touch out of reach the start prior when mid-field after trying to work into the contest from the running line behind the winner HOLLIE. Settling handy, she can challenge in this line-up.

DARTESIAN (1) sat in the running line last start from a 2nd line alley. Chasing home late to grab 2nd, it was an improved effort and with the options form the good alley can look to be in the mix again.

FREMARKSINDI (5) started from the 2nd line last start and was able to grab the bronze, albeit 30m from the winner ROUSEY. Beaten by that same in-form mare the start prior, she can chime in here.

SELECTIONS: FORTYFIVE ROCK (7), RAYONG PRINCESS (3), DARTESIAN (1), FREMARKSINDI (5)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SIX

ROUSEY (5)
has had her opponents in submission since arriving in Qld, dominating them to remain undefeated in 3 starts. Around them early to get outside the leader last start, she held a 5m margin with a further 26m back to 3rd. Despite the wide gate, she can look to dominate them again here.

BRONSKI MACARENA (1) set the speed last start where she was running even splits in front but was unable to hold off the closing challengers. Buried in the run the start prior, she has the options here and can look to be the best of the challengers with the benefit of the gate.

AROONA (7) sat in the running line last start from gate 2 when holding on for the bronze behind VOODOO FELLA. Beaten by gate 6 and the tempo the start prior, he can be probing for openings.

MANOFLISA (2) was sent to the post ad fav from gate 1 last start where he was looking to lead throughout until nabbed in the closing stride up the passing lane. He is a podium hope again here.

SELECTIONS: ROUSEY (5), BRONSKI MACARENA (1), AROONA (7), MANOFLISA (2)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 5 / 1-2-7

RACE SEVEN

VERMONT (8) was on debut last start when soon locked away from inside the 2nd line and searching for gaps. Using the passing lane when it arrived, she was closing out strongly to get within an eyelash of the winner. Taking good experience from the outing, she can look to go one better 2nd up.

CENTRAL ARK (9) was sent around them early from this gate last start to cut the breeze and under the strain faded in the closing stages. Gate 6 was hi undoing the start prior when forced to retreat to find position and despite the tough gate again, can look to make a closing challenge.

IAM ROCHELLES ART (1) might find the 2040m an ask here, as will a few of her combatants. Grabbed in the closing strides when leading them up last start, she will be around the money once again.

ROLLON TWICE (5) worked home soundly here 2 starts back when not that far from the winner MELTON XMAS GIRL. On Sunday night, she worked home in good order to claim the prize and with a similar trip can chime in again.

SELECTIONS: VERMONT (8), CENTRAL ARK (9), IAM ROCHELLES ART (1), ROLLON TWICE (5)
SUGGESTED BET: VERMONT (8) to win

RACE EIGHT

JILLIBY JACKPOT (3) found his race last start where he was able to zip off the arm from gate 2 to find the front and one in control fought them off to claim victory over the 2040m trip. Beaten by gate 7 the start prior when retreating, he can be up near the pointy end in transit to go back-to-back.

SOMEBEACHSOMEGIFT (2) should fins this a shade easier than recent outings and from the gate can be close enough to strike. Forgiving his last run when fading, he was not that far away from COMMODORE JUJON the start prior in a qualifier. A four-time winner at this track, he can challenge.

JOVIAL JULIE (7) received cover in the run last start when finishing mid-field over the AP sprint trip. 9m in arrears of IDEAL TIGER the start prior, she will have 2nd line options here and is in the mix.

MOLLYS SECRET (5) was sent forward from gate 6 last start in a mares event to sit outside the leader. Working hard in the run when a 1m 3rd, she has a good record here at Redcliffe and is in the mix.

SELECTIONS: JILLIBY JACKPOT (3), SOMEBEACHSOMEGIFT (2), JOVIAL JULIE (7), MOLLYS SECRET (5)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE NINE

MISTER COLE (1) shoots for the Triangle threepeat after successive wins over the 1780m sprint trip. From gate 9 last start he arrived over the top to score which followed a similar closing effort wide out after snagging back early from gate 6. He has all the options from this gate to deliver the hat-trick.

VIEWBYTHEROCK (3) eased from a wide gate last start at Marburg to settle near the rear over the sprit trip. Moving up boldly to challenge, he had bullets to fire in the stretch to claim a smart victory in the last stride. A winner from in front here 3 starts back, he will be throwing it down.

GOJOE (5) had no luck from this gate last start when stuck wide trying to secure position before retreating. Holding on for the bronze the start prior, he can be chiming in off the pressure late.

STORM GILBERT (2) started from inside the 2nd line last start when shuffled back and then down the line. Kept fresh with one month between each of his past 2 starts, he can be thereabouts.

SELECTIONS: MISTER COLE (1), VIEWBYTHEROCK (3), GOJOE (5), STORM GILBERT (2)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-2-3-5
