Jim McNeil Memorial Trotting Championship - Round 1 Raceday

Get down to Albion Park to see round one of the Jim McNeil Memorial Trotting Championship.

Kick-off your weekend early with some trots and pots. You’ll appreciate the friendly atmosphere, casual dining, cheap drinks and top quality betting opportunities.

Satisfy your tastebuds with a range of snacks, meals and desserts available throughout the day from Pacesetter’s Bistro located at the top of the main building. Here you will have an outstanding view of the racing as well as access to our licensed bar and tote amenities.

FACILITIES
Located within the main grandstand building you will find Pacesetters Bar & Bistro, TOTE and self serve betting terminals, as well as glass windows and television screens for race viewing. The building has a disabled lift and the grandstand includes a viewing deck for wheelchair access.
 
DRESS CODE OR REQUIREMENTS
The minimum dress standard for members of the general public attending Albion Park Raceway is clean and neat casual dress. Footwear is mandatory at all times. Members of the general public may be refused entry to Albion Park Raceway by Club Officials if it is felt that these standards are not being adhered to.

GETTING TO AND FROM THE TRACK
Albion Park Raceway is located on Yulestar Street, Albion which is behind the Breakfast Creek Hotel on Amy Street, Albion. It’s a short walk from the Bowen Hills (1.5km) and Albion (1.5km) train stations, just up the road from the Teneriffe and Bretts Wharf Ferry and City Cat terminals, and about a $10 taxi from the Valley. Free car parking available in our on course carpark located on Yulestar Street (directly across the road from the Breakfast Creek Hotel car park).

Free parking is available for all general race day attendees. The carpark can be accessed via Yulestar St, which is directly across the road from the Breakfast Creek Hotel carpark.
