Albion Park Grand Slam Night Featuring Queensland Oaks

See the champion pacers line up for the second night of the 2019 TAB Winter Harness Racing Carnival. Tonight has the perfect racing mix with the fillies showing their talent in the prestigious TAB Queensland Oaks, the open class horses battle it out in the Garrard’s Sunshine Sprint and the trotters take on their biggest race of the carnival the Group 1 Pryde's EasiFeed Queensland Trotters Cup.

Sit back and enjoy a social night of harness racing action, have a bet and cheer home your favourite while we take care of your delicious cuisine and thrilling entertainment.

Saturday night meetings make for faster racing, an exciting grandstand atmosphere and top value betting.

Satisfy your tastebuds with a range of snacks, meals and desserts available throughout the day from Pacesetter’s Bistro located at the top of the main building. Here you will have an outstanding view of the racing as well as access to our licensed bar and tote amenities.

Free Entry & Parking

General Admission

We offer free admission on all general race meetings. Some feature race meetings or charity events may have a small entry fee. If you are unsure if the day you are attending is a feature race meeting please contact the club on 07 3262 2577.

Dress Code

The minimum dress standard for members of the general public attending Albion Park Raceway is clean and neat casual dress. Footwear is mandatory at all times. Members of the general public may be refused entry to Albion Park Raceway by Club Officials if it is felt that these standards are not being adhered to.

Race Times

Unfortunately we do not know the exact race times until our fields are declared three days prior to the meeting date. Saturday night meetings usually begin between 5-5.30PM and finish between 9.30-10PM. Tuesday and Friday meeting times vary a little more. Our racing calendar displayed on our website will have the most up to date race times or feel free to contact us to confrim.

Parking

Free parking is available for all general race day attendees. Our carpark can be accessed via Yulestar St, which is directly across the road from the Breakfact Creek Hotel carpark.

Race Day Facilities

Located within our main granstand building you will find Pacesetters Bar & Bistro, TOTE and self serve betting terminals, as well as glass windows and television screens for race viewing. The building has a disabled lift and the granstand includes a viewing deck for wheelchair access.

Enjoy relaxed dining and magnificent views of the race track at Pacesetters Bistro. Located at the top level of our grandstand building, the menu varies from day to day but includes a large range of meals, snacks and desserts.
