Race 1: XXXX Gold C&G Class 2 Handicap - 1200 metres
1st FAST FOCUS 2nd INTRUDING 3rd OUTBACK SAPPER 4th - SON OF A WARRIOR

SON OF A WARRIOR – As the gelding was resuming from a significant spell, a pre-race veterinary inspection cleared it to take its place in the field. The start was delayed when the gelding was difficult during its preliminary. In the straight laid in.

BERNIN LOOSE - A post-race veterinary examination of the gelding did not reveal any abnormalities.

OUTBACK SAPPER - Was a little slow to begin. At approximately the 800 metres raced keenly in restricted room to the inside of BOSS HUSSLER, which was bumped. OUTBACK SAPPER became unbalanced and had to be steadied.

INTRUDING - Raced wide until near the 700 metres.

Race 2: Flame Char F&M Class 2 Handicap - 1200 metres
1st HIDDEN NATURE 2nd HAIL MAHER 3rd SCARLET JANE 4th - MOONLIGHT MAGIC

HAIL MAHER – Began awkwardly and raced keenly in the early stages

ELLE THE MODEL - Slow to begin. Dipped near the 900 metres.

MISHANI PAGAN - Slow to begin.

ZARADA ANGEL - Slow to begin.

VIRTUITY - Laid in near the 700 metres, and near the 400 metres had to alter course to obtain clear running.

Race 3: See You Back at the Cambridge Maiden Plate - 1300 metres
1st POINT LEO 2nd ALLGIRL 3rd FEELIN' HE HEAT 4th - O'TORIO

CRAIGLEA DIXIE - Stood flat-footed at the start and lost ground. Trainer K. Johnston was advised that she must obtain a barrier certificate before the filly will be permitted to race again.

O'TORIO - Slow to begin.

MISTY MONTANA - Raced wide until near the 700 metres, then laid in over the concluding stages.

AMAZZLER - Raced wide throughout.

LAYAN- Raced wide throughout.

ZARFASTAR - When questioned regarding the seemingly disappointing performance of the gelding, Jockey A. Coome stated that his mount pulled hard and raced wide until the 800 metres. He said that he was positioned further forward than he had anticipated and failed to finish off the race. He added that being second-up from a spell and racing over 1300 metres may have been detrimental to today's performance, and taking into account the horse's racing pattern, it may be better suited in races over a shorter distance.

Race 4: Cambridge Under New Management QTIS 2YO Handicap - 1200 metres
1st CASINO THOUGHTS 2nd BAM'S PRINCESS 3rd LEGAL PROCEDURE 4th - PURE CHANCE

CRAIGLEA DEKEN - Reared in the tie-up stalls, struck its head, became cast and was bleeding from the mouth and was subsequently treated. Acting on veterinary advice stewards ordered the withdrawal of the gelding at 1.42 p.m. Subsequently they ordered that all bets made on CRAIGLEA DEKEN be refunded in full and that the following deductions apply:

7¢ in the dollar for the place, for the winner CASINO THOUGHTS
7¢ in the dollar for the place for 2nd, BAM'S PRINCESS

CRAIGLEA THUNDER - Began awkwardly.

LEGAL PROCEDURE and PURE CHANCE - Slow to begin.

Race 5: Advanced Exhausts Rockhampton Cup Saturday 20 June BM60 Handicap - 1500 metres
1st IOWNAPRINCE 2nd OGGIE 3rd EMIRATES ART 4th- MAY NELLY

BARON REES - Slipped behind on jumping and lost ground. Stewards will speak to trainer L. Applewaite as to why the horse left the course before the prescribed time.

IOWNAPRINCE - Following the race Stewards directed trainer B. Crear to have IOWNAPRINCE remain on course for a period of 2.5 hours so that a post-race blood sample could be obtained.

Race 6: Tattersall’s Battlers Cup BM70 Handicap - 2200 metres
1st - ROWEINER 2nd - DE LA DILO 3rd - KHADIJA 4th - FOREVER MORE

THOU ART - Began awkwardly and made contact with DE LA DILO.

STOP CRYING - At the start shifted out onto KHADIJA, which made heavy contact with HIS REDEMPTION. Raced wide until the 1600 metres and assumed a position outside the leader.

KHADIJA - Bumped at start and made heavy contact with another runner. Raced wide in the early stages.

DE LA DILO - Shifted ground under pressure near the 300 metres.

RADIANT JOY - Near the 100 metres became awkwardly placed to the inside of INSTINCTIVE MOVE.

Race 7: Cambridge Hotel Motel Tattersall’s Sprint Handicap - 1200 metres
1st - SPORTING PAGE 2nd - NOT TOO SURE 3rd - PRINCELY 4th - LANSDOWNE ROAD

SPORTING PAGE - Shortly after the start made contact with HOLDONTOYAHORSES.

NOT TOO SURE - Slow to begin. Shifted out near the 150 metres and bumped HOLDONTOYAHORSES, which was taken out onto MYTHOLOGIST. The declaration of correct weight was delayed to allow Trainer N. McCall and Jockey S. Fawke to view the patrol films to ascertain whether there were grounds for lodging an objection against the winner, SPORTING PAGE. Having done so, they elected not to proceed with any protest, and correct weight was declared. A post-race veterinary examination revealed that the gelding had a mior laceration on the off fore knee.

LANSDOWNE ROAD - Slow to begin.

SPEEDING DRAGON - Slow to begin. Raced wide throughout.

HOLDONTOYAHORSES - Near the 600 metres was eased from the heels of COURT CLOWN.

PRINCELY - Leaving the 600 metres bumped with BESEECH.

Race 8: Phil Peel Leading Edge Jewellers Fashions Saturday 20 June Class 3 Handicap - 1050 metres
1st - JAMES IS BLONDE 2nd - ELJAY ATOM 3rd - GALLINARI 4th - STRATEGIC GLORY

HONOUR THE DAME - As Jockey A. Butler was to be overweight, Jockey S. Sheargold was substituted as the rider of the mare. Jockey Butler was fined $100 under A.R. 120(b). When another runner lay in momentarily near the 700 metres, become awkwardly placed in restricted room and had to be eased
