1.

UBET – DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN HEAT 1 395M

Even start.  Through the first turn RURAL, STAR RING, NEV’S SHADOW and LUKE’S WAY were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  RURAL raced wide around the turn out of the back straight.

ZILLMERE SPORTS CLUB MAIDEN HEAT 2 395M

Even start with the exception of BOGAN LAD which was slow to begin.  Through the first turn MAURICE MINOR, HORSLEY ROCKET and WHITE EAGLE were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  THAT’S MY PIE raced wide rounding the turn out of the back straight.  Approaching the turn into the front straight MAURICE MINOR contacted the running rail, shifted out and collided with WHITE EAGLE, which then in turn shifted out and collided with BOGAN LAD resulting in both WHITE EAGLE and BOGAN LAD to be severely checked and lose considerable ground.

 

The greyhound MAURICE MINOR underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN FINAL 395M

Even start.  Through the first turn SMART SHIRL was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Approaching the turn into the front straight BOGAN DOLL improved onto the heels of AGENDA resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.  PINK SUNSET shifted out in the front straight and collided with SALLY FITZ.

 

The greyhound PINK SUNSET underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.  After questioning trainer L Williams in respect to the greyhound’s action when upon entering the front straight, stewards could not be comfortably satisfied that the greyhound had not chased the lure with due commitment and therefore given it the benefit of the doubt.

GLEN GALLON @ STUD NOVICE 395M

Even start.  Through the first turn ELLA’S LOLLIEPOP, VENTRILOQUIST, TRADING PLACES and ELLY’S REIGN were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  FOUR TIN LIDS and HOT PYJAMAS which were trialling were checked as a consequence and lost ground.

 

The greyhound ELLA’S LOLLIEPOP underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

CLINT’S CARAVAN WAREHOUSE NOVICE 395M

Even start with the exception of BONKOCKA PRINCE and ZILLIE BEAN which were slow to begin.  Through the first turn OUTBACK TREASURE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Leaving the back straight BONKNOCKA PRINCE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  CIA KAHN which was racing to its outside was checked as a consequence and raced wide.  Shortly after BONKOCKA PRINCE and ZILLIE BEAN collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.  Approaching the turn into the front straight CIA KAHN turned its head and made muzzle contact with ZILLIE BEAN resulting in that greyhound to be checked and lose ground.  BONKNOCKA PRINCE which was racing to its outside was checked as a consequence.  Rounding the turn into the front straight CIA KAHN shifted out and collided with ZILLIE BEAN, which in turn shifted out and collided with BONKNOCKA PRINCE resulting in all greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.

 

Stewards advised trainer Ms E Griffin that the greyhound CIA KAHN would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st offence, 28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 395m all tracks.

BRISGREYS.COM 5th GRADE HEAT 1 395M

Even start with the exception of TOO MANY BILLS which was marginally slow to begin.  Shortly after the start HARA’S BLAZE and WHERE’S TEJAY collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.  Approaching the turn into the back straight LETHAL KID was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  HARA’S BLAZE and WHERE’S TEJAY which were racing to its outside were checked as a consequence.  HARA’S BLAZE commenced to give ground badly from the turn out of the back straight to finish a considerable distance from the remainder of the field.

 

The greyhound HARA’S BLAZE underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near side hock and was humanely euthanised.

SKY RACING 1/2nd GRADE 395M

Even start with the exception of BOGIE LILLY, NEEKY’S WAY and PLUM JAM which were all marginally slow to begin.  Through the first turn BOGIE LILLY, ROYAL PRIZE and HOPE’S MAGIC were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  NEEKY’S WAY and PLUM JAM which were trailing were checked as a consequence.  Rounding the turn into the front straight BOGIE LILLY and ROYAL PRIZE collided.

 

The greyhound BOGIE LILLY underwent a post-race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

PANTS PIRATE was best to begin.  HANNAH’S BELL was slow to begin.  Approaching the turn into the front straight STORMAGEDDON checked off heels and raced wide.

Even start.  Shortly after the start CIGARS ON ICE, TITLE and SECRET SHAY ANNA were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Through the first turn MAM’S MAGIC and TRISHA NOLAN were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.

BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY 5th GRADE HEAT 4 395M

GUTENBERG was best to begin.  SHAYLOR EVELYN was marginally slow to begin.  Through the first turn BRALYN AMY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  Entering the back straight ELL’S ALL CLASS and TAHLIA’S WAY bumped on several occasions resulting in both greyhounds to be hampered.  TAHLIA’S WAY raced wide in the back straight.  Rounding the turn out of the back straight SHAKEY TANGO checked off heels and raced wide.  COWBOY which was racing to its outside was checked as a consequence and both greyhounds lost ground.  Approaching the turn into the front straight BRALYN AMY checked off heels and was momentarily hampered.
