back straight OSPREY STAR and HAY YOU FELLA collided on a number of
occasions. Rounding the turn out of
the back straight SMASHNIAK CROWN checked across the heels of HAY YOU FELLA
and raced wide. The
greyhound BLACK OSPREY underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no
apparent injuries were found. |

MAIDEN FINAL 331M Even start with the exception of CAEDLIN ROSE HI and
EBONNIE which were both marginally slow to begin. Rounding the turn out of the back straight
MOJO ROSE HI and HOT MUMMA’S BOY collided resulting in MOJO ROSE HI contacting
the running rail and losing ground.
HOT MUMMA’S BOY was checked as a result of this incident and lost
ground. Approaching the turn into the
front straight WHINGING WILKO crossed, checked across heels and lost
ground. Rounding the turn into the
front straight CAEDLIN ROSE HI checked across the heels of WHINGING WILKO and
lost ground. Entering the front
straight MOJO ROSE HI checked across heels and collided with CAEDLIN ROSE HI
resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. The greyhound MOJO ROSE HI underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound SMASHNIAK BULLET underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
side shoulder and was stood down for a period of 7 days. |

considerable distance from the remainder of the field. Approaching the turn into the front straight
SPICE BUCKET improved onto the heels of PINK AXLE resulting in both
greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. The greyhound MR. WOODS underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the
stomach muscles and was stood down for a period of 28 days. The greyhound PINK AXLE underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the near
hind leg and was stood down for a period of 7 days. |
