UBET – DOWNLOAD THE APP MDNPW – 331M

MASTER BULLET was marginally slow to begin.  Leaving the turn out of the back straight, MASTER BULLET was tightened for racing room and lost momentum.  At the turn into the front straight, MOJO ROSE HI checked off heels and became severely unbalanced, losing substantial ground as a consequence.  ELLINGTON, which was trailing, collided heavily into MOJO ROSE HI and lost significant ground as a result.  In the front straight, MASTER BULLET was impeded and shifted out.

ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB MAIDEN – 331M

TESS THE BEST was clearly best to begin, COUNTRY SPIRIT and ASH TIDE were both slow.  Approaching the 1st turn, REAL JAZZ and BARRY BICEPS checked, causing BARRY BICEPS to lose ground as a result.  Leaving the 1st turn, MISS EMMY checked off heels and lost significant ground as a consequence.  MISS EMMY raced wide through the turn into the front straight.  Leaving the turn into the front straight, UNIQUE OWL and ASH TIDE checked and lost momentum.

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN FINAL – 331M

PEGGALICIOUS was best to begin, BAN CHI BABY was very slow.  Approaching the 1st turn, SATIN LUSTRE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  CLEO NOT CHLOE and SNOWBALL SHIRL ran wide through the turn into the front straight. 

 

The greyhound SATIN LUSTRE underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

The greyhound BAN CHI BABY underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

HONEY TRAP, TELAM BUGSY GIRL and NITRO NIC were clearly best to begin.  Approaching the 1st turn, NITRO NIC was tightened for racing room and lost ground.  Shortly after, TELAM BUGSY GIRL improved onto the rear of NITRO NIC, causing NITRO NIC to lose substantial ground as a consequence, and TELAM BUGSY GIRL to also lose ground.

 

The greyhound NITRO NIC underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

MAGIC PLANK and ZENYATTA MISS were best to begin.  LITTLE DOTTY TOO and BET YOU WILL were both marginally slow.  At the 1st turn, BOGAN SECRET was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground.  DO THAT PHOEBE, which was trailing, was impeded as a consequence and lost considerable ground.  Leaving the 1st turn, BET YOU WILL improved onto the heels of PINK GEITZ, causing PINK GEITZ to lose momentum.  BET YOU WILL raced wide through the turn into the front straight, and for the remainder of the race thereafter.

WHITHCOTT HOTEL 5TH GRADE MIXED 3/4 – 331M

COMETRON FLYER and FROSTY FLYER were both marginally slow to begin.  FROSTY FLYER raced wide through the 1st turn.  COMETRON FLYER raced wide through the turn into the front straight.  PRINCESS LIGHT and FROSTY FLYER raced wide and tight through the turn into the front straight, and for the remainder of the race thereafter, bumping on occasion.

 

The greyhound FROSTY FLYER underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained and injury to the off side wrist and was stood down for a period of 7 days.

MISS LYNBRA was best to begin, IRON MONARCH was slow.  Approaching the turn out of the back straight, EL NUNU was tightened for racing room and lost momentum.  Leaving the turn into the front straight, STAR RING shifted out and checked into EL NUNU, which caused EL NUNU to be impeded and lose ground as a result.

 

The greyhound EL NUNU underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

IMA NECROMANCER was best to begin.  PINK TRICK and HA HA CLASSY were both marginally slow.  The entire field, apart from IMA NECROMANCER, came together and checked at the 1st turn, with PINK TRICK, BLACK PAWS and EVIE’S ANGEL losing considerable ground as a consequence.  Shortly after, HA HA CLASSY improved into FREE SPIRIT, causing FREE SPIRIT to lose significant ground as a result.  FREE SPIRIT raced wide through the turn out of the back straight, and also through the turn into the front straight.

BRISGREYS.COM 5TH GRADE (1) – 331M

DEE WASHINGTON was best to begin, ACE GAMBLER was very slow. Shortly after the 1st turn, ACE GAMBLER made contact with the running rail and lost substantial ground as a consequence.  Shortly after that, SHE’S THE ROAD commenced to yield ground and took no further competitive part in the race thereafter.  HELLO BREE raced wide through the turn out of the back straight, and also through the turn into the front straight.  ODESSA raced wide in the front straight. 

 

The greyhound ACE GAMBLER underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near hind leg and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

 

The greyhound SHE’S THE ROAD underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained a back strain injury and was stood down for a period of 14 days.

 

Connections of the greyhound, SHE’S THE ROAD, were advised that the greyhound, SHE’S THE ROAD, would be charged under Rule 69B, Failing to Pursue with injury, 14 days and greyhound must perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial over a distance of 331m, all tracks.

COUNTRY TRON was marginally slow to begin.  Leaving the 1st turn, GALLANT EXPLORER commenced to yield ground and took no further competitive part in the race thereafter.  JOHN SAID THIS and COUNTRY TRON, which were trailing that greyhound, were inconvenienced as a consequence and lost substantial ground as a result.  BELVEDERE BABY raced wide through the turn into the home straight, and for the remainder of the race thereafter.

 

The greyhound GALLANT EXPLORER underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near fore foot and was stood down for a period of 14 days.

THE MANLY HOTEL 5TH GRADE (3) -  331M

CAEDLIN ROSE HI, SPUDTASTIC and KOORINGA ERIN were all slow to begin.  In the back straight, TOOTHLESS STEVE improved onto the rear of FLYING PRINCESS, causing FLYING PRINCESS to lose substantial ground and any competitive chance in the race thereafter.  Approaching the turn out of the back straight, SPUDTASTIC shifted in and severely impeded CAEDLIN ROSE HI, which lost significant ground as a consequence.  MY GLORIOUS GAL, TOOTHLESS STEVE and KOORINGA ERIN, which were trailing, were all inconvenienced as a result and lost considerable ground.  MY GLORIOUS GAL raced wide through the turn into the front straight, and for the remainder of the race thereafter.

 

The greyhound FLYING PRINCESS underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off hind leg and was stood down for a period of 7 days.

STILL COUNTING and NIGHT TERROR were both best to begin. GO THE SPOILS and HOLLYWOOD ROSE HI were both marginally slow. In the back straight STILL COUNTING was tightened for running room, checked, and lost significant ground as a consequence. LADY PERLITA which was trailing was inconvenienced and lost ground. Approaching the turn out of the back straight HUBCAP WILLY was tightened for racing room and lost momentum. STILL COUNTING which was trailing was impeded and lost considerable ground as a consequence. LADY PERLITA raced wide through the turn into the front straight.
