The greyhound TREVOR TRICEPS performed a
satisfactory stewards’ trial, over a distance of 520m, in a time
of
31.04, and is now cleared to race, blinkers on.

The greyhound KISSY FIESTA performed a
satisfactory stewards’ trail, over a distance of 331, in a time of
19.38, and is now cleared to race.

UBET –
DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN HEAT 1 – 520M Even
start. In the front straight, on the 1st
occasion, GRU and UNO UNO collide, resulting in both greyhounds to be checked
and to lose ground. Approaching the
turn out of the front straight, GRU, TORAH SPRITE and BIG MAN RUSTY collide,
resulting in all greyhounds to be checked and to lose ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight,
GRU improved onto the heels of BEE SOLO resulting in both greyhounds to be
checked and to lose ground. The
greyhound TORAH SPRITE underwent a post race veterinary examination and no
apparent injuries were found. The
greyhound BIG MAN RUSTY underwent a post race veterinary examination and was
found to have sustained an injury to the back and was stood down for a period
of 10 days. |

THIRTY TALKS @ STUD
MAIDEN HEAT 2 – 520M Even start.
Shortly after the start, CASH POINT was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. In the front
straight, on the 1st occasion, ELUSIVE BALLARD shifted in and made
contact with the running rail and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the front
straight, CASH POINT and BEWDY LODGE collide.
In the back straight, CASH POINT and UNIQUE LEIGH collide. Mr R. Cooke was informed that the stewards’ had concerns
in regards to his greyhound’s actions in the back straight, however after
considering all available evidence, the greyhound was given the benefit of
the doubt if it had offended under any rule. The greyhound ELUSIVE BALLARD underwent a post race veterinary
examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near hind leg
and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

with the exception of MIA’S KARMAR which was marginally slow to begin. In the front straight, during the run to
the finish, ROAR BACK and BLACKHEART BELLA collide on a number of occasions. |

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND 5TH GRADE – 520M Even start.
Rounding the turn out of the front straight, BILLY’S BOY was tightened
for racing room, shifted out and collided with SWIFT NIMROD, which in turn,
shifted out and collided with ACTUALIZE, resulting in all greyhounds to lose
ground. |

3/4 - 520M Even start.
Shortly after the start, SHOT CLOCK was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Rounding the
turn out of the front straight, RULE THE ROAD and STANKY LEG collide,
resulting in STANKY LEG to be checked and to lose ground. Leaving the back straight, SHOT CLOCK
improved onto the heels of PICKLED TINK and lost ground. The greyhound SHOT CLOCK underwent a post race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

JOHN PAY MEMORIAL 5TH
GRADE HEAT 2 – 520M Even start.
Leaving the front straight, DOLLAR AND CENT, BRIGHT SATELLITE and
DREAMING DORA were all tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Rounding the turn out of the
back straight, BRIGHT SATELLITE improved onto the heels of STEAL A KISS,
shifted out and collided with DOLLAR AND CENT, resulting in all greyhounds to
be checked and to lose ground.
DREAMING DORA gave ground in the back straight, and finished
considerable distance from the remainder of the field. The greyhound DREAMING DORA underwent a post race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. When questioned over the performance of DREAMING DORA,
trainer Mr M Heilbronn explained that the greyhound had just returned from
having a season, and whilst he was of the view the greyhound would perform up
to a required standard, he was disappointed with its overall performance. Stewards’ advised trainer Mr M Heilbronn, the greyhound
DREAMING DORA would be charged under Rule 71, Unsatisfactory Performance,
with the greyhound to perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial, 520m all
tracks. |
