Stewards Trial 1 – 366m

The greyhound DEVINE TOKEN performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of 366m in a time of 20.34.

RACE REPORTS

1.

MAIDEN 366M Even start with KURO GUN and REBEL KENNELLY slow to begin. Shortly after the start all greyhounds except CANDY CRUISE and KURO GUN collided resulting in all greyhounds to lose ground at differing degrees. Just after WESTERN DIVISION clipped heels shifted in and lost ground. Approaching the 200m SLICK SHANNON clipped heels shifted in and lost ground. At the 200m ASSASSIN CREED, DOLLY’S WALLY and CANDY CRUISE all collided resulting in all greyhounds to be hampered. Leaving the 200m KURO GUN shifted in colliding with ASSASSIN CREED and DOLLY’S WALLY resulting in all greyhounds to be hampered. At the 100m KURO GUN and DOLLY’S WALLY collided on numerous occasions. At the same time JIGGER BULGARIS and KURO GUN collided on numerous occasions.

2.	MAIDEN FINAL 366M CATCH ME KEITH, REDNECK BANJO and SKIP TO IT were best to begin. Shortly after the start REDNECK BANJO shifted in bumping WALL OF VOODOO. Approaching the 200m WALL OF VOODOO shifted out colliding with SKIP TO IT resulting in both greyhounds to be hampered. At 200m CATCH ME KEITH shifted out. At the 100m SKIP TO IT and WALL OF VOODOO bumped resulting in SKIP TO IT to be hampered.

3.	NOVICE 366M Even start. Shortly after the start RORY THE RACER and SENTRY’S CALL bumped. At the same time LITTLE LUCY and SUSHI COWBOY bumped. Just after SENTRY’S CALL shifted out. Approaching the 200m RORY THE RACER shifted in colliding with AILLA resulting in both greyhounds to be hampered. At the 200m SUSHI COWBOY and SENTRY’S CALL shifted out with BERRACH shifting in.

4.	5^th GRADE 366M Even start. Shortly after the start WEE REMI and BONKNOCKA BEANS bumped. Approaching the 200m WEE REMI shifted in colliding with DEEJAY BURN resulting in both greyhounds being hampered. At the 200m SPARK YOU UP shifted out. At the same time BONKNOCKA BEANS and SINGLETON collided on numerous occasions resulting in both greyhounds to be hampered and FLASH VENTURE to clip heels, lose ground and shift in.

5^th GRADE 366M Even start with HARA’S HEAT slow. Shortly after the start all greyhounds collided except ORANGE THUNDER and JACOBY RAIDER resulting in all greyhounds to be hampered with NO SHOW JONES to lose ground and shift out. Approaching the 200m BIG TRIGGER and VALENTINO JACK collided on numerous occasions resulting in both greyhounds to lose ground. At the 200m ORANGE THUNDER, JACOBY RAIDER and LUCITA collided resulting in all greyhounds to be hampered.

5^th GRADE 366M Even start with MONDELLA slow. Shortly after the start MONDELLA shifted out colliding with HESA BIRD and MILLION DOLLAR resulting in MONDELLA to lose ground. At the 200m ISSUE and MILLION DOLLAR shift in with WILDASH BAM BAM shifting out. At the 150m SMART MARLOW shifted in. The greyhound WILDASH BAB BAM underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

7.	BENNY’S BIRTHDAY NEXT WEEK 5^th GRADE 366M Even start with COLD HARD TRUTH slow. Shortly after the start GOT THERE shifted out colliding with HEADGEAR resulting in both greyhounds to be hampered. At the same time CAN OF SPRITE and DREAM BLASTER collided resulting in CAN OF SPRITE to lose ground. At the 200m OUTBACK SUNSHINE shifted out. At the 150m HEADGEAR and GOT THERE bumped.

8.	5^th GRADE FINAL 366M Even start. Shortly after the start all greyhounds except NAUGHT MAX collided. Approaching the 200m CINCINNATI JUICE and PRECIOUS TO ME collided resulting in CINCINNATI JUICE to shift out and both greyhounds to lose ground. At the same time NAUGHTY MAX and STRAIGHT SHADOW shifted in. At the 200m TOBIAS RUMBLE and TRISTAN CANNON bumped. At the same time PRECIOUS TO ME shifted out. At the 100m TOBIAS RUMBLE and TRISTAN CANNON bumped.

9.	THAILAND FAREWELL 3/4^th GRADE 366M Even start with MADAM LOOPSY and DASH TA FAME slow. Shortly after the start VENOM STRIKES and HOOP DREAMS bumped. Approaching the 200m VENOM STRIKES shifted out with MADAM LOOPSY and BONKNOCKA PRINCE shifting in. At the 150m I’M A HOTSHOT shifted out with HERO HAYDOS clipping heels being checked and lost ground. In the finishing stages MADAM LOOPSY and I’M A HOTSHOT bumped.
