1000 ROK MAIDEN HEAT 1 – 407M STILTED
CHATTER and MAUI BEACH were both slow into stride. BET
ON BETTY and MASTER CARD bumped heavily at the start then shortly after BET
ON BETTY shifted outwards and bumped heavily with TICA BOO BOO. Leaving
the back straight BET ON BETTY checked off the back of STILTED CHATTER. TICA
BOO BOO and MAUI BEACH bumped coming around the home turn. Trainer
Paul Burgess pleaded guilty to a charge under the terms of AR46(2) for not
retrieving greyhounds MASTER CARD and TICA BOO BOO from the kennels for Race
1 by the prescribed time. Trainer Paul Burgess was subsequently fined the sum
of $100.00. |

at the start. Shortly after the start RAPID

ground. SUPER TRUCKER checked off the
back of DOWNHILL leaving the back straight. FIVE FORTY raced wide
throughout. |

by stewards that a warning was placed on LICORICE BULLET for a unsatisfactory
performance. |

THERAPY 5TH GRADE – 510M LORD CERINE was extremely slow to begin. ALLEGRO DOTTIE and BALAKOVA bumped going around the first
turn resulting in both greyhounds losing ground. After leaving the back straight LORD CERINE jumped
outwards across the back of VISION OF LOVE. FARINGDON run into the back of IRISH SPICE coming around
the home turn. |

shortly after leaving the back straight. SPRING AUDREY and FLAMENCO GIRL bumped heavily coming
around the home turn. |

straight. LIKA VAUTIN slowed and changed stride, shifted inwards
hampering DOUBLE TAP on the finish line. Trainer Barry Kitchener was
advised by stewards that a warning was placed on LIKA VAUTIN for failing to
pursue near the finish. |
