LOOK FOR ROSIE Slowly away. Jockey S Wilson advised that in his opinion the addition of blinkers to the marees racing gear had played a major part in the marked form improvement as opposed to its previous run at Innisfail. He was also of the opinion that the increased distance of todayys race had suited the mare.

SHEES A RINGO When questioned in relation to the seemingly disappointing performance of the mare which raced below market expectations, Jockey G Kliese stated that he found himself further back in the field than anticipated when the pace slackened near the 1100m and despite his urgings to make up ground before the home turn the mare had been unable to respond had failed to run on as expected.
