AGUERO – Began awkwardly. Hung out rounding the home turn.
 
LA VOGLIA – Began awkwardly making contact with another runner to the inside. Raced three wide no cover throughout.
 
COMESIDICE – Began awkwardly.
 
SHE DRIVES MECRAZY – Slow to begin. Raced four wide without cover throughout. Apprentice N. Morton was reprimanded for her use of the whip more than five times prior to the 100m.
 
 
RACE 2: ST MARY'S SCHOOL 1957 CLASS REUNION BENCHMARK 45 HANDICAP – 800m
 
WULFIES LADY – Began awkwardly. Shifted out at the 600m causing HIGHWAY CHILD to lose ground. Jokey R. Faehr was reprimanded for careless riding under AR.137(a).
 
DIVA MISS – Raced four wide without cover throughout.
 
BAY HERO – Raced three wide without no cover throughout.
 
 
RACE 3: PRESIDENT'S RATINGS BAND 0 - 55 HANDICAP – 1000m
 
GRAVITY FORCE – Stood flatfooted and took no competitive part in the event. Trainer L. Baker was advised a warning would be placed on the horse. Apprentice N. Morton fined $200 for use of the whip eleven times prior to the 100m.
 
REBEL ICON – Began awkwardly.
 
FABULOUS RED – Raced three wide without cover throughout.
 
RACE 4: MURWEH SHIRE COUNCIL CLASS B HANDICAP – 1100m
 
LOTHBROOK – Jockey C. Schumacher was reminded of his obligation to ride his mount out to the finish.
 
FAVOURITE SISTER – Began awkwardly.
 
CHIPOTLE – Began awkwardly making contact with another runner to the outside.
 
SOLARTEK – Raced wide throughout.
