Race 1: BLACK TOYOTA MAIDEN PLATE 1000m
SCOTTABEE – Jumped sharply outwards bumping with another runner. Raced wide rounding the 800m turn.
SALTWATER SLEDGE - Contacted by another runner on jumping. Raced wide for the majority.
TOUCHAN - Jumped outwards at the start.
NITRO CITY – Raced wide rounding the 800m turn.
EXPERIENCED – Raced wide rounding the home turn.
Mr BUTCHER - Raced wide rounding the 800m turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a poor recovery. Trainer Ms. T Parry was advised a veterinary clearance is required prior to the gelding again starting in a race.
Race 2 LEICHHARDT HOTEL MOTEL CLASS 2 PLATE 1000m
COOL CHAOS – Was reluctant to load. Jumped outwards bumping another runner at the start.
ABBA ORIGINAL - Jumped inwards bumping another runner at the start,
ALBERT THE ROCKET – Tightened between runners on jumping away. Raced wide rounding the 800m turn.
CARRY TO GOLD – Raced wide for the majority.
SADFDIE - Raced wide for the majority.
Race 3 - JOHN BULLEY & JUDY KEYES MEMORIAL BENCHMARK 65 HANDICAP 1000m
WORLD OF PAIN – Reluctant to load.
I’M USAIN – Jumped away awkwardly. Raced wide rounding the 800m turn.
SENSEOFWONDER (NZ) – Raced wide for the majority.
ANZUS - Raced wide for the majority.
HOLEY GADOLEY – Raced wide for the majority.

FIVE SPICES – Rider A Spradau advised the gelding had been unable to muster early pace and in his opinion would be better suited at a longer distance than that of today’s race.
Race 4 - CLONCURRY SHIRE COUNCIL 'BEAT THE HEAT FESTIVAL' CLASS B HANDICAP 1200m
LADY VIDIA – Jumped away awkwardly. Raced wide for the majority.
WHO AM I - Raced wide rounding the 800m turn.
Race 5 - CLONCURRY TYRES & BATTERIES CLASS 2 PLATE 1400m
DO I HAVE TO – Bumped with another runner on jumping. Slowly into stride.
CAPTAIN’S PICK – Bumped with another runner on jumping. Raced wide for the majority.
ROSCOMMON - Raced wide rounding the 800m turn.
DENLAGO - Raced wide rounding the home turn.
SLIPPERY SAGA - Raced wide rounding the 800m turn. Post-race was found to have bled from both nostrils. As this was the 1st occasion on which the horse had bled Trainer T. Parry was advised a 3 months ban would be placed on the gelding and further that a satisfactory 1000m gallop in the presence of a Steward would be required prior to it being permitted to again start in a race.
