MISS MARLO Got its down and then reared as the gates opened dislodging jockey V. Venkaya. Jockey Venkaya was attended to by ambulance officers and cleared to ride for the remainder of the day. Trainer H. Forster was advised the mare would have to pass a barrier trial to stewardds satisfaction prior to racing again.
 
SIDEREUS SMILE Reared as the gates opened and jumped awkwardly then raced wide for the majority.
