A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be sore in the near foreleg. Trainer K. Doughty was advised that the horse will require a veterinary clearance prior to racing again.

A post-race veterinary examination revealed a fracture of the near foreleg and the horse was euthanased on humane grounds.
