Shifted in shortly after start making contact with GOLDEN ESPRIT. Approaching 600m steadied when racing in restricted room between runners. Rider questioned re disappointing performance - stated filly raced very greenly throughout and also resented racing tightly between runners near 600m and was obliged to restrain after which the filly never travelled comfortably. He noted filly had trialled impressively when leading and could only use the excuse it was not suited when unable to lead and when racing tightly between runners. Vetted - no abnormalities.
