Bumped on the hind quarters shortly after the start. J. Lloyd reported at scale that the horse never travelled well and was under pressure prior to the home turn and as a result he eased it out of the race. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Trainer D. Vandyke was advised that the horse will be required to trial prior to its next start. Mr Vandyke advised that the horse will be sent for a spell and will be gelded before it races again. Swabbed.
