J. Lloyd explained that connections instructed him to endeavour to have the horse race to the outside of other runners, however after beginning awkwardly he was initially covered by TERRA SANCTA and when that horse went forward, then raced inside of TEMPA MENTAL and that YEPPOON therefore was off the bit most of the way and never travelled comfortably. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.
