Raced keenly passing the 1900m and had to be restrained from the heels of INFLUENCER, and then shifted out hampering GAMMA. Weakened after passing the 800m and finished a distant last. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the gelding to be exhibiting a poor post-race recovery, however no other abnormalities were detected.
