Trainer Mr. W Elson fined $200 for Non Production of registration papers for HOPE’S FANTASY, CYNDIE’S MAGIC, CYNDIE’S SPECIAL and ABBY’S MAGIC Rule 33.

 

Race 1 – Novice 520m

VELOCITY EMBER was best to begin with SMART SPIRIT and TASER SHOCK slowly away.  Soon after the start ASTON UGO and GALWAY REAL DEAL collided.  Entering the turn out of the home straight SHIFT SEINE and TASER SHOCK collided causing SHIFT SEINE to drop back causing ASTON UGO to check off its heels, who in turn collided with ALPHA PLUTO.  In the back straight and home straight ASTON UGO was wide.

 

Race 2 – 5th Grade 520m

ROCKET’S MAGIC was best to begin with SPEED GUN slowly away.  Approaching the winning post on the 1st occasion CHEVALEIR NUIT and TRIPLE TRIGGER collided.  On the turn out of the home straight BE ZANEY checked off the heels of AEROPLANE JACK, forcing BE ZANEY wide.  In the back straight ROCKET’S MAGIC checked off the heels of CHEVALEIR NUIT. Entering the turn out of the back straight TRIPLE TRIGGER checked off the heels of CHEVALEIR NUIT.  On the top turn EZY BEACH checked off the heels of NORM THE STORM.  In the home straight SPEED GUN was wide.

 

Race 3 – 5th Grade 520m

CHEEKY FREYER was best to begin with BIGN VALE and ABBY’S MAGIC slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight CHEEKY FREYER and MACNIVEK collided causing CHEEKY FREYER to drop back checking DON’T DOUBLE UP.  On the turn out of the home straight ABBY’S MAGIC and MACNIVEK collided.  On the turn into the back straight ABBY’S MAGIC and BING VALE collided.  On the top turn ABBY’S MAGIC checked off the heels of DON’T DOUBLE UP.  In the home straight CHEEKY FREYER was wide.

 

The greyhound CHEEKY FREYER was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 4 – 5th Grade 520m

TWEED CHIC and TITAN ASH were best to begin with VELOCITY SPICE slowly away.  On the turn out of the home straight VELOCITY SPICE was wide.  In the back straight VELOCITY SPICE was wide.  Entering the home straight GRIN AND WIN checked off the heels of TWEED CHIC causing GRIN AND WIN to drop back sharply checking ZAFONIC BOOM.  In the home straight COIN OF PHRASE was wide.

 

The greyhound GRIN AND WIN was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 5 – 5th Grade 520m

This race was delayed for an interstate harness event.

 

STUART’S CHOICE was best to begin with the remainder of the field evenly away.  Soon after the start KOORINGA PETE and SPRING FIRECHIEF collided.  On the turn out of the home straight STUART’S CHOICE and PIPELINE DREAM collided with ROSDUE DYNAMO wide.  In the back straight SPRING FIRECHIEF was wide.  Entering the turn into home straight PRINCE FREDERICK and ROSDUE DYNAMO collided causing ROSDUE DYNAMO to check CARDIAC KING, with SPRING FIRECHIEF checking off the heels of ROSDUE DYNAMO.

 

The greyhound SPRING FIRECHIEF was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 6 – 4/5th Grade 520m

The greyhound MINCIN’ MACHINE was vetted on the 1st inspection and no apparent injuries were found.

 

KING ELLIOT was best to begin with HOPE’S FANTASY slowly away.  Approaching the winning post on the 1st occasion PACIFIC HARBOUR and KING ELLIOT collided.  On the turn out of the home straight DON’T’ GO QUIETLY checked off the heels of PACIFIC HARBOUR.  In the back straight MINCIN’ MACHINE and KNOCKER collided.  On the top turn and home straight HOPE’S FANTASY was wide.

 

The greyhound MINCIN’ MACHINE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

Connections of the greyhound MINCIN MACHINE told stewards that he thought the run last week was a hard run and might have flattened the greyhound.

 

Race 7 – 5th Grade 600m

GOLFING AMY was best to begin with TEXAS TEE and CYNDIE’S MAGIC slowly away.  Soon after the start FAST AS and STELLA NIGHTS collided.  In the turn into the home straight on the 1st occasion TEXAS TEE checked off the heels of STELLA NIGHTS.  Approaching the winning post on the 1st occasion TEXAS TEE and STELLA NIGHTS collided.  On the turn out of the home straight CYCLONE CLIFFORD was wide.  On the turn out of the back straight CYNDIE’S MAGIC and JAYDEN LASS were racing tight and bumping.  In the home straight TEXAS TEE and CYNDIE’S MAGIC were wide.

 

The greyhound FAST AS was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

 

Race 8 – 1/2nd Grade 520m

Even start.  Soon after the start CYNDIE’S SPECIAL shifted out checking LADY ABIGAIL, KNAVE and DREAM RIVER.  Entering the turn out of the home straight KNAVE checked off the heels of DREAM RIVER.  On the turn into the back straight CYNDIE’S SPECIAL checked off the heels of SHERIDON.  In the back straight HOUGENIE was wide.  Entering the turn into the home straight LADY ABIGAIL and KNAVE collided.  In the home straight HOUGENIE was wide.

 

Race 9 – 5th Grade 520m

ENDLESS SHADOW was best to begin with SARAJEVO GIRL slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight ENDLESS SHADOW and LORRY DRYVA collided causing LORRY DRYVA to check SARAJEVO GIRL.  On the turn into the back straight SMASHNIAK CLASS checked off the heels of HER FAULT.  Entering the top turn LORRY DRYVA and SMASHNIAK CLASS collided.  On the top turn HOUSO DELIGHT and JAZ NIRO collided.  Approaching the winning post HER FAULT and JAZ NIRO collided.

 

Race 10 – 5th Grade 520m

WESTERN DAVE was best to begin with the remainder evenly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight SIMPATICO checked off the heels of CERVELO.  Entering the back straight WESTERN DAVE checked off the heels of CERVELO.  In the back straight WESTERN DAVE was wide.  Entering the top turn DIAMOND OSPREY and ANTI DENTITE collided.  In the home straight BAY OF SPRITE was wide.
