UBET – DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN 331M

SHAYLOR RENE and PINK SUNSET were best to begin.  SHAYLOR FLASH was slowly away.  PACIFIC MOON and BAJA were tightened in the back straight.  Entering the 1st turn SHAYLOR RENE and PACIFIC MOON were both hampered.  In the home straight PACIFIC MOON gave ground in clear running.

 

The greyhound PACIFIC MOON underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.  Stewards advised trainer Mr. K. Boan that the greyhound would be charged under Rule 69 (A) Failing to Pursue, 1st offence, 28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 331m all tracks.

ZILLMERE SPORTS CLUB MAIDEN HEAT 1 331M

CLOVER FRAZER was best to begin while REGAL LEN began awkwardly and was slowly away.  Shortly after the start NOT FAR ZUESS was tightened and lost ground.  In the back straight RICHMOND ROAD, ODESSA and MINI VANS were all tightened and lost ground.  REGAL LEN and NOT FAR ZUESS collided entering the home straight.  BLACKJACK BETTY checked off heels in the home straight.

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN HEAT 2 331M

HASHTAG THIS was slow to begin and was hampered shortly after the start.  SURF DIVISION, FROSTY BLACK JAY and ROAD SCHOLAR were all tightened in the back straight.  HASHTAG THIS and NO CURFEW raced tight and unbalanced in the back straight.  Approaching the top turn SURF DIVISION improved onto the heels of VIKING VIXEN and both greyhounds were checked and lost ground.  NO CURFEW which was following was inconvenienced.  HASHTAG THIS was wide entering the top turn.

GLEN GALLON @ STUD NOVICE 331M

SWEET AND CLASSY was best to begin.  In the back straight LEDECKY, DANCED ALL NITE and CAPTAIN MORSE were all tightened and lost ground.  DANCED ALL NITE checked off heels entering the top turn.

CLINT’S CARAVAN WAREHOUSE NOVICE 331M

QUICK AND LIVELY and PANTS PIRATE were best to begin.  COSMIC REX was tightened shortly after the start.  Approaching the top turn PANTS PIRATE, PREMIER FRED and TAJO all collided.  COSMIC REX was wide in the home straight.

BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY 4/5th GRADE 395M

Even start.  In the 1st turn AGRO’S THUNDER, MR. DEXTER and FABRE FORCE were tightened causing MR. DEXTER to fall and take no further competitive part in the event.  MISS RUCKUS was tightened entering the back straight and lost ground.  AGRO’S THUNDER and FABRE FORCE collided shortly after.  In the back straight MINNIE’S HOPE yielded ground in clear running.  Shortly after, MONOCEROS and CASEY MINI ME collided.

 

The greyhound MR. DEXTER underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

The greyhound MINNIE’S HOPE underwent a post-race veterinary examination, was found to have suffered an injury to the off hind back muscle, and was stood down for a period of 6 weeks.

BRISGREYS.COM 4th GRADE 395M

Even start.  In the 1st turn CLASSY CHURCHIE, TWO PARTS FREAK and TRISHA NOLAN all collided and became unbalanced.  Shortly after, QUEENIES BEST, CLASSY CHURCHIE and TRISHA NOLAN all collided and lost ground.  In the top turn QUEENIES BEST and TRISHA NOLAN bumped and became unbalanced.  Shortly after, TWO PARTS FREAK checked off heels.

SKY RACING BEST 8 395M

YOUR DEAL and CRAZY VIXON were best to begin.  Shortly after the start TOLL EVASION and FABRICATED collided.  Shortly after, FABRICATED and CALL ME AUSSIE were tightened.  In the top turn NEEDY AND GREEDY was checked, became severely unbalanced and lost ground.

 

The greyhound NEEDY AND GREEDY underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

SULZANTI @ STUD 5th GRADE 395M

RUM RUNNER and GHOST STORY were slow to begin. In the 1st turn FONIC THUNDER was tightened and lost ground. Approaching the top turn RUM RUNNER and POPULAR BELIEF raced tight and lost ground. Shortly after, GHOST STORY was hampered. In the home straight VINAKA WYCE turned its head inwards towards STATUE BRO.

 

The greyhound FONIC THUNDER underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.  Stewards advised trainer Mr. K. Shedden that the greyhound’s performance was bordering on unsatisfactory; however, stewards took into account that the greyhound was returning from a spell and the interference suffered throughout the run.

 

The greyhound VINAKA WYCE underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off side wrist and was stood down for a period of 10 days. Stewards advised trainer Mr. T Lockhart that the greyhound VINAKA WYCE would be charged under Rule 69 (B) Failing to Pursue with injury, off side wrist, 10 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trail 395m all tracks.

BLACK STEEL was best to begin while SMASHNIAK CLASS, EPIC HORIZON and FAMOUR FOR FUN were slowly away.  SMASHNIAK CLASS and EPIC HORIZON checked off heels in the 1st turn.  Entering the top turn EPIC HORIZON was hampered.  FAMOUS FOR FUN and SPRING FIRECHIEF collided entering the home straight.

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND 5th GRADE 331M

SIP OF SHIRAZ and CYN’S MAGIC were best to begin while SPICE BUCKET was slowly away.  Entering the back straight BLACK SCORPION and SPICE BUCKET collided.  In the back straight SWIZZLESTICK was tightened and lost ground.  Approaching the top turn SPICE BUCKET improved onto the heels of BLACK SCORPION and both greyhounds were checked and lost ground.  In the top turn LALIQUE checked off heels and lost ground.  Entering the home straight SPICE BUCKET, BLACK SCORPION, SIP OF SHIRAZ and SWIZZLESTICK collided.  SIRRAH SIRRAH and LALIQUE collided heavily in the run to the finish, as did BLACK SCORPION and SPICE BUCKET.

NAUGHTY JESS was best to begin while RAISE THE ALARM was slowly away.  DEEJAY BURN was tightened in the back straight.  Approaching the top turn BELLA LEE was tightened and lost ground.  In the top turn JIGGLE SPLAT checked off heels.  Shortly after, DEEJAY BURN checked off heels.
