GREYHOUND SPORTING CLUB MAIDEN HEAT 1 395M ANY
WHICH WAY, EMBER FLARE and JESS ROSE HI were best to begin. Entering the back straight JOHN’S LAST was
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Leaving the back straight VALKYRIE NIGHT
was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Approaching the turn into the front
straight REGAL LEN was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Rounding the turn into the
front straight REGAL LEN and SHOW BEKIM collided resulting in both greyhounds
to be checked and lose ground. In the
front straight in the run to the finish ANY WHICH WAY and EMBER FLARE
collided on a number of occasions. |

APP MAIDEN HEAT 2 395M Even start.
Shortly after the start FARCELONA LASS was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Entering the
back straight LOUIE THE FLYER checked across the heels of FARCELONA LASS
shifted out and collided with DRUID PRINCE resulting in DRUID PRINCE to be
severely checked and fall taking no further part in the race. DITZY SUE which was trailling was severely
checked as a result of this incident and took no further competitive part in
the race. Leaving the back straight MY
BLU was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn into the front straight
VIKING RED shifted out which hampered the running of FARCELONA LASS. The greyhound DITZY SUE underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound DRUID PRINCE underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

with the exception of PLANE SPOTTER which was marginally slow to begin. Through the 1st turn TIARA GLOW
and ALPHA HEMERA were both tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. In the front straight in the
run to the finish WAY TO WITCHES collided with LILY’S BEAN which resulted in
LILY’S BEAN to shift out and collide with DO THAT PHOEBEE. |

slow to begin. In the back straight
KULU ZORRO was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. SABANG which was trailing was checked as a
consequence and lost ground. LARRIKAN
LASS raced wide rounding the turn out of the back straight until entering the
front straight. |

tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight
GUDERA SPITFIRE shifted out which checked the running of COMETRON FLYER. Leaving the back straight LITTLE DOTTY TOO
and WERINA LIGHTNING collided. In the
front straight MAZZA shifted in which hampered the running of WERINA
LIGHTNING. |

Shortly after the start BETTY FAY shifted in which tightened the
racing room of GALLEON resulting in GALLEON to be checked and lose
ground. Leaving the back straight
GALLEON was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. The greyhound GALLEON underwent a post race veterinarian
examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

GRADE 520M Even start with the exception of CYN’S MAGIC and TINA
SIERRA which were marginally slow to begin.
ZILLIE BEAN was slow to begin.
Leaving the front straight FLASHING FERGO was tightened for racing
room, checked and lost ground.
Entering the front straight ZILLIE BEAN was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Approaching
the turn out of the back straight FLASHING FERGO was tightened for racing
room, checked and lost ground. In the
front straight during the run to the finish BANY ROSE turned its head and
made muzzle contact with STUBBORN STATE. Stewards advised trainer Mr. R Gaunt that the greyhound
BANY ROSE would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st offence, 28
days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 520m all tracks. |

Through the 1st turn QUEENIES BEST and LADY OLIVIA were

checked as a consequence and lost ground.
HARDLINER shifted out rounding the turn into the front straight which
hampered the running of SOLO DANCER. |

Through the 1st turn REGAL BILL, NEW ABODE and ADHARA STEEL
raced tight resulting in all greyhounds to be hampered. Rounding the turn out of the back straight
ADHARA STEEL improved onto the heels of FABULOUS HOPE resulting in both
greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.
Approaching the turn into the front straight REGAL BILL and ADHARA
STEEL collided. |

begin. Shortly after the start RUNOUT
BOY and BOOMTRON COMET collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked
and lose ground. Approaching the turn
into the back straight DANCING SOLO was tightened for racing room, checked
and lost ground. RUNOUT BOY and INVAR
STAR which were trailing were both checked as a result of this incident and
lost ground. The greyhound RUNOUT BOY underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

the 1st turn KULU PYSCHO, VIKING BUDDY and FORTUNE FADED were
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. In the back straight FORTUNE FADED improved
onto the heels of ELLY’S REIGN resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and
lose ground. Leaving the back straight
DIAMOND JAKEY was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. VIKING BUDDY which was trailing was checked
as a consequence and lost ground.
Rounding the turn out of the back straight FORTUNE FADED checked
across the heels of ODESSA and lost ground. |
