away. Soon after the start PRATER’S
RECRUIT turned its head inwards and made muzzle contact with BARBARELLA. Approaching the winning post on the 1st
occasion PRATER’S RECRUIT turned its head inwards and made muzzle contact
with REGAL CYNDIE. On the turn out of
the home straight JAY BAY and PRATER’S RECRUIT collide forcing JACKIE’S LADY
wide. Entering the back straight JAY
BAY and PRATER’S RECRUIT collided. In
the back straight JACKIE‘S LADY was wide.
Entering the turn out of the back straight JAY BAY and SPECIAL COVER
collided. Entering the home straight
JAY BAY and JACKIE’S LADY collided causing JACKIE’S LADY to race wide in the
home straight. The
greyhound PRATER’S RECRUIT underwent a post race veterinarian examination and
no apparent injuries were found.
Stewards advised trainer Mr. B Adams that the greyhound would be
charged under Rule 69, Marring, 2nd offence, 3 months plus a
satisfactory stewards’ trial 520m all tracks. The
greyhound JAY BAY underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no
apparent injuries were found. |

HOUND NOVICE 520M SOME OTHER FOOL and NEVER A DOUBT were best to begin with
the remainder evenly away. Soon after
the start NEVER A DOUBT crossed in checking MAKING CENTS. Entering the turn out of the home straight
SOME OTHER FOOL and SMOKIN’ ALICE collided causing SOME OTHER FOOL to shift
out checking WOOLOOGA. On the turn out
of the home straight BLUE LEMONADE and MAKING CENTS were racing tight and
bumping with RATHNAIT wide on the turn.
In the back straight MAKING CENTS was wide. Entering the turn out of the back straight
SMOKIN’ ALICE checked off the heels of MAKING CENTS. On the top turn and home straight SOME
OTHER FOOL was wide. The greyhound MAKING CENTS underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

FORCE collided. On the turn out of the
home straight HABITUAL turned its head outwards making muzzle contact
SPLENDID STAR causing those 2 greyhounds to drop back sharply. On the turn BRIGHT SATELLITE was wide. Entering the turn into the back straight
HABITUAL checked off the heels of REALISTIC.
In the back and home straights BRIGHT SATELLITE was wide. The greyhound
HABITUAL underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have
suffered an injury to the off side pin and was stood down for a period of 10
days. Stewards advised trainer Mr. P
Wilson that the greyhound would be charged under Rule 69, Marring, 1st
offence, 28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 520m all tracks. |

straight on the 1st occasion NAMROD and TAHLIA’S WAY collided. In the home straight THURSDAY WISH and
PICKLED TINK collided with COSMIC YESSAM wide. Entering the turn out of the home straight
MASTER CHA CHA, THURSDAY WISH and COSMIC YESSAM all collided forcing COSMIC
YESSAM wide on the turn. In the back
straight HARA’S BUNDY was wide. In the
home straight NAMROD was wide. The greyhound COSMIC YESSAM underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

and OUTSIDE PASS causing BOOTY BEACH to fall at that point causing BUBBLE
GUPPY to race wide on the turn and taking no further competitive part in the
event. In the back straight YOUI was
wide. In the home straight OUTSIDE
PASS was wide. The greyhound BUBBLE GUPPY underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound BOOTY BEACH underwent a post race
veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off
fore leg and was humanely euthansied. |
