THIRTY TALKS @ STUD NOVICE 520M

STROGANOFF was best to begin with DANALUP BOY slowly away.  Soon after the start REGAL CYNDIE and FIRED UP AGAIN collide.  Entering the turn out of the home straight KEALOAH checked off the heels of DAZE LIKE THESE causing KEALOAH to check DANALUP BOY forcing that greyhound very wide on the turn.  Entering the top turn FIRED UP AGAIN and BLUE LEMONADE collided.  On the turn out of the back straight DAZE LIKE THESE checked off the heels of RATHNAIT.  In the home straight KEALOAH was wide.

 

The greyhound DANDALUP BOY underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

GARRARD’S HORSE AND  HOUND NOVICE 520M

NEVER A DOUBT was best to begin with NAVIGATOR and ALFONSO slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight NEVER A DOUBT checked off BARBARELLA causing NEVER A DOUBT to shift out checking FINAL CHALICE and SHE’S FOXY causing those 2 greyhounds to race wide.  Entering the back straight BARBARELLA and FINAL CHALICE collided.  In the back straight SHE’S FOXY was wide.  Entering the home straight NAVIGATOR eased turned its head inwards.  In the home straight NAVIGATOR and NEVER A DOUBT collided.

 

The greyhound NEVER A DOUBT underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off side pin and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

 

The greyhound NAVIGATION underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.  Stewards advised trainer Mr. T Lockhart that the greyhound would be charged under Rule 69 (A) Failing to Pursue, 2nd offence, 3 months plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 520m all tracks.

MIGHTY NIMROD was best to begin with the remainder evenly away.  Soon after the start PUNCH RIGHT OUT, SCIPIO AFRICANUS and GADSBY’S ROAD collided causing GADSBY’S ROAD to drop back.  Entering the turn out of the home straight SPRING FORTE checked off the heels of GADSBY’S ROAD causing GADSBY’S ROAD to drop back causing SCIPIO AFRICANUS to check off its heels forcing BINTANG LAURIE wide.  Entering the back straight SCIPIO AFRICANUS checked off the heels of MIGHTY NIMROD.  REALISTIC checked off the heels of SPRING FORTE.  In the home straight PUNCH RIGHT OUT turned its head inwards making muzzle contact with MIGHTY NIMROD.

 

Stewards advised trainer Mr. D Turley that the greyhound PUNCH RIGHT OUT would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 2nd offence, 3 months plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 520m all tracks

DOLLAR AND CENT and FLAPPING GUMS were best to begin with FAB DOOLEY slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight RATHER DAPPER shifted out checking DOLLAR AND CENT and FLAPPING GUMS causing these greyhounds to force KINGSBRAE CHOOKY wide on the turn.  Entering the back straight DOLLAR AND CENT checked off the heels of CYN’S MAGIC.  In the back and home straight RATHER DAPPER was wide.

 

The greyhound DOLLAR AND CENT underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

AMBER MARIE and MAGICAL YESSAM were best to begin with the remainder evenly away.  Soon after the start JOE’S DRINKING shifted out checking AZA ZEUS.  Entering the turn out of the home straight AMBER MARIE checked off the heels of GUNNADOO REV.  On the turn out of the home straight JOE’S DRINKING checked off the heels of AMBER MARIE.  In the back straight AMBER MARIE checked off the heels of AZA ZEUS.  Entering the turn out of the back straight GUNNADOO REV checked off the heels of MIDNIGHT DASHER.  Entering the home straight LIMITLESS was wide.  Approaching the winning post JOE’S DRINKING and LIMITLESS were racing tight and bumping.

 

The greyhound AMBER MARIE underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.  Trainer’s representative was questioned by stewards and they were informed the greyhound prefers and outside draw.

SMASHNIAK MARCY was best to begin with DREAM BLASTER slowly away.  Entering the home straight on the 1st occasion SLICK and SMASHNIAK MARCY collided.  In the home straight on the 1st occasion OUTSIDE PASS was wide.  Entering the turn out of the home straight DREAM BLASTER and MASTER CHA CHA were racing tight and bumping.  Entering the back straight DREAM BLASTER and MINNIE MARTINI collided.  In the back straight SLICK was wide.  Entering the turn out of the back straight DREAM BLASTER checked off the heels of MINNIE MARTINI.  On the top turn OUTSIDE PASS checked off the heels of SLICK.  In the home straight DREAM BLASTER was wide.

GO LASSIE GO was best to begin with CYNDIE’S MAGIC and ZABDON FERRARI slowly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight CHA CHA GEM and ZABDON FERRARI collided forcing ZABDON FERRARI wide on the turn.  In the back straight ZABDON FERRARI and CHA CHA GEM were wide.  On the top turn YOUI and CHA CHA GEM were racing tight and bumping.  In the home straight CHA CHA GEM was wide.

ILUSIONARY was best to begin with LOZZA’S TROUBLE slowly away.  Soon after the start FLASH VENTURE and MISS BECKY SAM collided.  Entering the turn into the home straight LOZZA’S TROUBLE checked off the heels of SMOOTH CLAUDIA.  In the home straight on the 1st occasion SMOOTH CLAUDIA checked off the heels of PICKLED TINK causing SMOOTH CLAUDIA to race wide.  In the back and home straight LOZZA’S TROUBLE was wide.

IT’S DYLLAN was best to begin with the remainder evenly away.  Soon after the start HARBOUR DRIVE shifted out checking ROAD SCHOLAR and MY MATE LENNY.  Entering the turn out of the home straight MY MATE LENNY and BLAKE’S TURN collided.  On the turn out of the home straight FAB FIT checked off the heels of PHANTOM PETE.  In the back straight FAB FIT was wide.  In the home straight PHANTOM PETE shifted out colliding with ROAD SCHOLAR with BRIGHT SATELLITE wide.

 

The greyhound FAB FIT underwent a post race veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

The greyhound BRIGHT SATELLITE underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off side hock and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

NAMROD was best to begin with the remainder evenly away.  Entering the turn out of the home straight NAMROD and PRECIOUS TO ME collided.  On the turn out of the home straight PRECIOUS TO ME checked off the heels of WATER BOY.  In the back straight WATER BOY was wide.  On the top turn WATER BOY turned its head outwards and made muzzle contact with NAMROD.  In the home straight NAMROD was wide.

 

The greyhound WITHOUT FAIL underwent a post race veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off hind toe and was stood down for a period of 7 days.

 

Stewards advised trainer Mr. C Graham that the greyhound WATER BOY would be charged under Rule 69 Marring, 1st offence, 28 days plus a satisfactory stewards’ trial 520m all tracks.
