UBET – DOWNLOAD THE APP MAIDEN HEAT 1 331M

MY GLORIOUS GAL was best to begin while STELLAR STAR and MINNIE BLUE were very slow.  In the back straight BEFORE THE FIRE checked off heels.  Approaching the top turn MINNIE BLUE shifted out and collided with STELLAR STAR and both greyhounds became severely unbalanced and lost ground.  MY GLORIOUS GAL was wide in the home straight.

 

The greyhound STELLAR STAR underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

The greyhound MINNIE BLUE underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB MAIDEN HEAT 2 331M

MIDNIGHT TO ONE was slow to begin.  In the back straight ANY WHICH WAY and CRACKJACK RUBY were tightened and lost ground.  Shortly after, GOLDEN STORM was checked and lost ground.  In the top turn KING DIESEL checked off heels and was momentarily hampered.  In the home straight MIDNIGHT TO ONE and DOVAHKIN raced tight.

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND NOVICE 331M

CAEDLIN ROSE HI and JUMP TO IT were slow to begin.  Entering the turn OSPREY STAR improved onto the heels of NO VISA causing this greyhound to be severely checked and to lose ground.

 

The greyhound NO VISA underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

THIRTY TALKS @ STUD 5th GRADE 395M

CHEVALEIR NUIT and SHEZA SENSATION were best to begin. Shortly after the start TRAV’S MAGIC, LADY PERLITA, KOORINGA RACHEL and GOLDEN MANNERS collided, causing KOORINGA RACHEL to fall and take no further part in the event. Leaving the first turn MR. BANKS checked off heels. Approaching the top turn PERFECT MUM checked off heels, causing MR. BANKS to fall and take no further part in the event.

 

The greyhound KOORING RACHEL underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

 

The greyhound MR. BANKS underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.  Following a 2nd veterinary inspection MR. BANKS  was found to have suffered an injury to the off side shoulder and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

PINATA and ALBURY WAY were best to begin while OWN GOAL was slow.  In the 1st turn JOHN SAID THIS, IRON MONARCH and SHAKEY TANGO were hampered.  In the top turn PINATA and ALBURY WAY collided on a number of occasions, became unbalance and lost ground.

WITHCOTT HOTEL 4/5th GRADE 395M

SWEET AND CLASSY was best to begin while PINK IMPACT was slow.  In the 1st turn BOGAN FLYER and COMETRON FLYER collided and lost ground.  Shortly after, MOMENT TO SHINE, WESTMEAD DAFFIE and BLACK SCORPION came together and were unbalanced.  BOGAN FLYER that was following was checked as a consequence.  In the back straight COMETRON FLYER was hampered.  Entering the top turn BOGAN FLYER was tightened.  In the home straight MOMENT TO SHINE was hampered on the heels of SWEET AND CLASSY.

SKY RACING 3/4th GRADE 395M

The greyhound TUBBY TURNER underwent a pre-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound was passed fit to start.

 

HA HA CLASSY was best to begin.  In the 1st turn TUBBY TURNER, CLASSY CHURCHIE, SMASHNIAK CLASS, COSMIC ELITE and YOUR DEAL were all hampered.  Entering the back straight CLASSY CHURCHIE contacted the hindquarters of TUBBY TURNER causing this greyhound to become unbalanced.  Entering the top turn HEZE SIZE UP improved onto the heels of TUBBY TURNER causing this greyhound to be checked.

CELEBRITY BABE was marginally slow to begin.  In the 1st turn CELEBRITY BABE was tightened for running room and lost ground.  NO JOCKEY NEEDED that was following was hampered as a result.

ROCKABILLY OSTI was best to begin.  In the back straight ROCKABILLY OSTI and SMASHNIAK WINX were tightened and lost ground.  Shortly after, SMASHNIAK WINX improved onto the heels of ROCKABILLY OSTI causing this greyhound to lose further ground.  LUNCHBOX that was following was checked as a result.

JOIE ECLAT, SMASHNIAK ROCKS and EBONY SANDS were best to begin while JESS ROSE HI was slow.  Shortly after the start HUBCAP WILLY and SCREAM JET came together and HUBCAP WILLY lost ground.  Entering the top turn ARABELLA EMJAY and EBONY SANDS collided.  In the top turn JOIE ECLAT and SMASHNIAK ROCKS both checked off heels.

 

The greyhound HUBCAP WILLIE underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

SAGE OF OMAHA was best to begin.  In the back straight BEST STRATEGY and AL BUZZARD raced tight and were unbalanced.  Approaching the turn AL BUZZARD and BEST STRATEGY were tightened and lost ground.

 

The greyhound FLYING PRINCESS underwent a post-race veterinary examination, was found to have suffered an injury to the off hind foot, and was stood down for a period of 10 days.

DORRY’S DREAM was best to begin while JOHN’S CHOICE was slow.  ROYAL ALBERT began awkwardly and was slowly away.  In the turn NOAKI FLYER was tightened for racing room and lost ground.  JOHN’S CHOICE was wide in the back and home straights.  NOAKI FLYER and CHIPPIE ROSE HI raced wide entering the home straight.
