satisfactory stewards’ trial, over a distance of 520m, in a time of 30.94,
and is not cleared to race all track. The greyhound HAY CYNDIE performed a
satisfactory stewards’ trial, over a distance of 520m, in a time of 29.70 and
is not cleared to race all tracks. The greyhound BITTER DELIGHT performed a
satisfactory stewards’ trial, over a distance of 520m, in a time of 30.71,
and is cleared to race all tracks with blinkers on. The greyhound TREVOR TRICEPS performed a
satisfactory stewards’ trial, over a distance of 520m, in a time of 30.21,
and is cleared to race all tracks with blinkers on. |

start. Shortly after the start, CICADA
shifted out, which checked the running of CHARMING CHAOS, resulting in that
greyhound to lose ground. In the front
straight, on the 1st occasion, CICADA was tightened for racing
room, checked and lost ground.
Rounding the turn out of the front straight, SWAP ME checked off
heels, shifted out which hampered the running of BUTTERFLY IS SHE. Entering the front straight, WAGGING
checked off heels, shifted out which hampered the running of SWAP ME. |

THIRTY TALKS @ STUD
NOVICE – 520M JEANNIE DREAMING was best to begin. BROTHER DESY was slow to begin. Rounding the turn out of the front
straight, DRAGON SPIN was tightened for racing room, checked, shifted out and
collided with ALEENA LAD, resulting in both greyhounds to be severely checked,
DRAGON SPIN fell and took no further competitive part in the race and ALEENA
LAD lost considerable ground. CHIEF
SNOW raced wide over various stages of the race. Entering the front straight, HAY NANNY
shifted out, which hampered the running of JEANNIE DREAMING. The greyhound DRAGON SPIN underwent a post race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound ALEENA LAD underwent a post race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

start. Shortly after the start, SPRING
RUNNER was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Through the 1st turn, INTERACTION,
ON TIGHT LINES and RACK TAP RACK were all tightened for racing room, checked
and lost ground. Shortly after, UNIQUE
MOTIVE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Leaving the back straight, ON TIGHT LINES
and ON THE RIZE were both tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Rounding the turn into the
front straight, SPRING RUNNER and INTERACTION collide. The greyhound
ON TIGHT LINES underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to
have sustained an injury to the near hind webbing and was stood down for a
period of 10 days |

LET’S GO FABIO which were both slow to begin.
Shortly after the start, KIA BE GOOD and SPORTFAN collide, resulting
in SPORTFAN to be checked and to lose ground.
Leaving the front straight, SPORTFAN was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. Approaching
the turn into the back straight, NAMROD checked off heels and lost
ground. LET’S GO FABIO, which was
trailing, was checked as a consequence and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight,
SPORTFAN was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. |

marginally slow to begin. Rounding the
turn into the front straight, on the 1st occasion, all runners
with the exception of AGENT’S CHOICE and BARBARELLA were tightened for racing
room, checked to varying degrees, with RULE THE ROAD losing considerable
ground. Rounding the turn out of the
front straight, BAGO BYE BYE and BRITTANY TALKS collide, resulting in both
greyhounds to be checked and to lose ground.

GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND 5TH GRADE – 520M Even start, with the exception of HARA’S HONEY which was
marginally slow to begin. In the front
straight, on the 1st occasion, IZY MAGIC was tightened for racing
room, checked and lost ground.
Rounding the turn out of the front straight, VELOCITY LINDER was
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. CRAZY BELLA, HARA’S HONEY and MYONA
MORPHEUS which were racing to the outside, were checked as a result of this
incident and lost ground. Approaching
the turn into the back straight, CRAZY BELLA and HARA’S HONEY were both
tightened for racing room, checked, resulting in CRAZY BELLA to be severely
checked and fall and taking no further competitive part in the race, and
HARA’S HONEY to be severely checked and lose considerable ground. In the front straight during the run to the
finish, VELOCITY LINDER and COOKIE NO CREAM collided on a number of
occasions. In the front straight,
during the latter stages of the event, IZY MAGIC turned its head and marred
the running of VELOCITY LINDER, resulting in that greyhound to be checked and
lose ground. The greyhound HARA’S HONEY underwent a post race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound CRAZY BELLA underwent a post race
veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off
side wrist and was stood down for a period of 7 days Stewards’ advised trainer, Ms A Boody, that the greyhound
IZY MAGIC would be charged under Rule 69 Marring 1st Offence, 28
days and greyhound must perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial, 520m all
tracks. |

520M Even start. Rounding
the turn out of the front straight, CHAMPAGNE SALLY and WHEATACRE collide,
resulting in WHEATACRE to be checked and to lose ground. STANKY LEG and RICHMOND ROAD, which were
both trailing, were checked as a consequence and lost ground. VELOCITY ONYX raced wide in the back
straight The greyhound WHEATACRE underwent a post race veterinary
examination and no apparent injuries were found. . |
