BATMAN was best to begin, with GIFT slow.
Rounding the turn out of the back straight, GIFT shifted out colliding
with BEWDY LODGE causing both greyhounds to lose ground. Rounding the turn into the home straight,
FLYING COMET clipped heels shifted out and lost ground. In the front straight, GIFT raced wide. |

MAIDEN FINAL – 395M Even start, with NEXT ONE marginally slow. Approaching the 1st turn, BROKE
EVEN and CATER STREET bumped. Leaving
the 1st turn, HARA’S SKYLAH and BULLSEYE DOUBT bumped. Rounding the turn into the back straight,
BROKE EVEN, HARA’S SKYLAH, NEXT ONE and BULLSEYE DOUBT collided, causing all
greyhounds to lose ground at differing degrees. Approaching the turn out of the back
straight, BROKE EVEN, TOOK A SELFIE and CATER STREET collided, causing all
greyhounds to lose ground at differing degrees. Entering the front straight, HARA’S SKYLAH
and NEXT ONE bumped. The greyhound TOOK A SELFIE underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

with TIARA GLOW marginally slow. In
the 1st turn, all greyhounds raced tight, except SMASHNIAK ICE and
TIARA GLOW, causing all GO RUBY GO, TOOK A FERGUS and NEW STAR RISING to lose
ground. Entering the back straight,
JEMMA’S MAGICE clipped heels and was hampered. Approaching the turn out of the back
straight, JEMMA’S MAGIC shifted out colliding with TOOK A FERGUS, causing
both greyhounds to lose ground. |

THIRTY TALKS @ STUD 5TH
GRADE (1) – 395M ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE was best to begin. Approaching the 1st turn,
RINGBARK MASON, CIANNA’S ANGEL and SUEN’S BOY all raced tight, causing
CIANNA’S ANGEL and SUEN’S BOY to lose ground.
Rounding the turn out of the back straight, CIANNA’S ANGEL clipped the
heels of HARA’S HOTTIE, causing both greyhounds to lose ground. The greyhound HARA’S HOTTIE underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off
side wrist and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

HOUND MIXED 4/5 – 395M Even start, with COMETRON FLYER marginally slow. Rounding the 1st turn, MAM’S
MAGIC was tightened for racing room, shifted out and lost ground. Entering the back straight, BIG TRIGGER was
tightened for racing room and was hampered.
At the same time, SOLO DANCER was tightened for racing room, MAM’S
MAGIC was checked and both greyhounds lost ground. |

GRADE FINAL – 395M Even start. In the
1st turn, HAY WILLIAM shifted out and checked SULTAN OF RUM and
MISS GAMBLER, causing HAY WILLIAM and MISS GAMBLER to lose ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight,
DON’T SELL clipped heels and lost ground.
The greyhound ONE DOLLAR underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off side pin and
was stood down for a period of 7 days. |

GRADE – 520M ALL ABOUT TIGER was best to begin, with SAPPHIRE QUEEN
and BERGAMO marginally slow.
Approaching the 1st turn, SKETCHY JACK and BERGAMO bumped,
causing SKETCHY JACK to lose ground.
In the back straight, MR. BELVEDERE clipped heels and was hampered. The greyhound SKETCHY JACK underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the
stomach muscle and was stood down for a period of 21 days. |

– DOWNLOAD THE APP BEST 8 - 395M RUN KAY RUN was best to begin. Rounding the 1st turn, TUBBY
TURNER shifted out colliding with ARABIAN GO GO and SIR TO YOU, causing all
greyhounds to lose ground. Entering
the back straight, ALBURY WAY clipped heels and was hampered. Approaching the turn out of the back
straight, RUN KAY RUN was tightened for racing room and lost ground. Rounding the turn in the front straight,
ALBURY WAY and ARABIAN GO GO bumped, causing ALBURY WAY to lose ground. Approaching the finishing line, ALBURY WAY
and RUN KAY RUN bumped. Stewards’ question licensed trainer Mrs
C Suttle about the performance of the greyhound ALBURY WAY. Mrs Suttle stated that the greyhound had to
lead to win and didn’t begin well tonight, and further stated that she had
not supported the greyhound. The greyhound ALBURY WAY underwent a
post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

DOUBLE OAK and COSMIC REX slow. In the
1st turn, LARRIKAN LASS shifted out colliding with CUTE GAMBLER
and AND YOU ARE causing all greyhounds to be hampered. Approaching the turn into the home
straight, COSMIC REX shifted out and raced wide. The greyhound COSMIC REX underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off side hip and
was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

THE MANLY HOTEL 5PW –
395M OWN GOAL was best to begin, with DYNA MISTY marginally
slow. Shortly after the start, DORREGO
was tightened for racing room and hampered.
Leaving the 1st turn, ZOU BISOU BISOU, DORREGO, ANNIE’S
MAGIC and BLACK SCORPION collided, causing all greyhounds to be
hampered. Leaving the turn out of the
back straight, BLACK SCORPION, ANNIE’S MAGIC and DORREGO collided, causing
DORREGO and BLACK SCORPION to lose ground, while at the same time DYNA MISTY
commenced to give ground in open running.
Approaching the turn into the front straight, DORREGO and BLACK
SCORPION bumped. The greyhound BLACK SCORPION underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound DYNA MISTY underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the off side hock
and was humanely euthanised. |
