to begin was RUN WITH FAITH. VELOCITY ANIFRID and DOUBLE GEE bumped at the
start. Approaching the first turn RUN WITH FAITH checked out across the heels
of BULLSEYE DOUBT and collided with DOUBLE CHIP. Through the turn into the
back straight RUN WITH FAITH and DOUBLE CHIP bumped. On entering the back
straight VELOCITY ANIFRID and GIVE IT SOME bumped on a number of occasions.
Through the turn into the front straight BULLSEYE DOUBT contacted the heels
of VELOCITY ANIFRID and GIVE IT SOME, all three runners were checked. Shortly
after DOUBLE GEE bumped BIG HERO SIX which was hampered. VELOCITY ANIFRID and
BULLSEYE DOUBT collided. |

collided at the start. NAKURU was slow to begin. Approaching the first turn
NAKURU checked in across the heels of MISS POCKET ACES. MISS POCKET ACES
checked out across the heels of WILL EYE AM and collided with BITTER DELIGHT.
MISS POCKET ACES and BITTER DELIGHT bumped through the turn into the back
straight. MISS POCKET ACES and BITTER DELIGHT bumped in the back straight.
MISS POCKET ACES raced wide in the back straight. |

GARRARD’S WINTER CHASE BNE (HEAT
1) 710M ALPHA CHAOS and VISIGOTH were slow
to begin. Approaching the first turn AGENT’S CHIOCE was tightened for room
and checked. In the front straight on the first occasion ALPHA CHAOS checked
out across the heels of GELANTIPY GOLD. On entering the turn into the back
straight, SHOES TO FILL bumped the running rail and shifted out. Through the
turn into the back straight ALPHA CHAOS checked out across the heels of
VISIGOTH. On entering the back straight AGENT’S CHOICE turned its head
outwards and made muzzle contact with ALPHA CHAOS. ALPHA CHAOS was checked. Stewards’ advised trainer, Mr L
Franks, the greyhound AGENT’S CHOICE would be charged under Rule 69 Marring 1st
Offence, with the greyhound being stood down a period of 28 days and must
perform a satisfactory stewards’ trial prior to racing. |

entering the front straight on the first occasion, JACKIE’S LADY checked out
across the heels of DONNY’S BEACH. |

BIKINI CLOUD was slow to begin. Approaching the first turn DOLLAR AND CENT
shifted out and collided with CAPTAIN TIL, which shifted out and collided
with DAZE LIKE THESE. BIKINI CLOUD which was trailing collided with DAZE LIKE
THESE, both runners were checked. Through the turn into the back straight
SWIFT NIMROD bumped DOLLAR AND CENT. On entering the back straight DOLLAR AND
CENT was tightened for room and checked. BIKINI CLOUD raced wide in the front
and back straights. DAZE LIKE THESE underwent a
post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

for room and checked. On entering the turn out of the back straight DEEP
IMPACT improved onto the heels of MR. BELVEDERE and was hampered. |

Shortly after the start MISTER BELUCHI was tightened for room and checked.
Through the turn into the back straight CHARMING CHAOS and BLOZA bumped. In
the front straight MISTER BELUCHI turned its head out towards ALPHA ULYSSES
and failed to pursue the lure with due commitment. The greyhound MISTER
BELUCHI underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have
sustained an injury to the off hind sesamoid and was stood down for a period
of 7 days. Stewards’ advised trainer, Mr F
Hancock, the greyhound MISTER BELUCHI would be charged under Rule 69B(1)(a)
Failing to Pursue with Injury, 1st offence, with the greyhound
being stood down for a period of 7 days and must perform a satisfactory
steward’s trail prior to racing. |

Approaching the first turn VELOCITY CHARM was tightened for room and
hampered. On entering the first turn STEAL A KISS, I’M GLAD and ONE DOLLAR all
collided and were severely checked. THAT HOUDINI and DAHOMEY WINDSONG which
were trailing, collided with MAYWYN REWARDS and were both checked as a
result. On entering the back straight I’M GLAD checked out across the heels
of DAHOMEY WINDSONG. |
