RACE DAY SUMMARY

STEWARDS’ INQUIRY

Stewards received a formal complaint lodged by Albion Park Kennel Attendant Ms Donna Hannigan alleging a physical altercation with Trainer Mr John Conlon at the starting boxes just prior to race nine. Stewards also took submissions from Trainer Ms Nicole Connell, Starter Ms Camille Scrivens and Mr John Conlon. After carefully considering all the submissions it was in the opinion of the stewards that there was conflicting evidence and the panel could not be comfortably satisfied that Mr John Conlon was in breach of any rules.
