1.	UBET TAPPY MDNPW – 331M OUTBACK SHADOW was best to begin. Leaving the back straight, OUTBACK DESTINY was checked and lost ground. Rounding the turn out of the back straight, VERA CHARM checked across heels and lost ground.

2.	ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB MAIDEN (1) – 331M ROMAN SILVER was slow to begin. In the back straight, FANTA POP received interference and lost ground. Leaving the back straight, PAWTICIPATION received interference and lost ground. ROMAN SILVER, which was trailing, was checked and raced wide as a result of this incident.

3.	GARRARD’S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN (2) – 331M GLEN CAMBLA and SUNBURNT ROAD were both marginally slow to begin. Entering the back straight, GLEN CAMBLA received interference and lost ground. Shortly after, COUNTRY TWIST sustained an injury and commenced to give considerable ground before retiring from the race. In the front straight during the latter stages of the race, TIGHT CIRCLE improved onto the heels of SOLO MISSION. The greyhound GLEN CAMBLA underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. The greyhound COUNTRY TWIST underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have sustained an injury to the near hind leg and was stood down for a period of 28 days.

FABERGAS @ METICULOUS LODGE MIXED 4/5^TH GRADE – 331M CAMBLA LA LA was slow to begin. Entering the back straight, FOLLOW THE DUK and SIGARLA both received interference and lost ground. Leaving the back straight, WHITE OX received interference and lost ground. Approaching the turn into the front straight, CAMBLA LA LA and GOLDEN ROMANCE collide, resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.

Entering the back straight, LILY’S BEAN received interference and lost ground. SHESA DRATTA, which was trailing, was severely checked and lost considerable ground. IRON MONARCH, which was trailing, was severely checked and fell as a consequence, and took no further competitive part in the race. In the front straight, during the run to the finish, KICKER CREW received interference and lost ground. The greyhound IRON MONARCH underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.
