Other Comments / Explanations:

“Due to Government advice around COVID-19, in accordance with GAR 51(10), the Stewards directed the Starter to box the greyhounds into the starting boxes in the following order, 1 & 5, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8 for all races”

Race 1 - WWW.BRISGREYS.COM NOV/M 520m

1 Fab Femme- Began awkwardly. Tightened for room approaching the first turn. Collided with another runner through the turn into the home straight and was checked.

6 Irinka Lesa- Stewards spoke to Mr B Baker regarding Irinka Lesa’s action rounding the turn into the home straight. Stewards could not be comfortably satisfied the greyhound had offended under any rule when shifting out marginally onto Wildash Macie entering the home straight. No further action was taken.

7 Ginger Ginger- Marginally slow to begin.

8 Bella Babe- Collided with another runner through the turn into the home straight and was checked.

Race 2 – SKY RACING GRADE 5 395m

1 Wendy Sure Can- Quick to begin.

2 Flying Hound-  Collided with another runner immediately after the start and was checked.

3 Fab To Fly- Collided with another runner immediately after the start and was checked.

5 Talk To Tom- Collided with another runner entering the first turn was checked. Raced wide throughout.

9 (Box 8) French Sugar- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked.

Race 3 – TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY R4/5 600m

General- Stewards delayed the all clear in order to review race footage. All clear was given at 7.38pm

4 Lucky Duke - Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Collided with another runner through the turn out of the back straight and weakened for the remainder of the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the near hind metatarsal and was stood down from racing for 8 weeks. Stewards advised Mr N Murdoch, he must provide a veterinary certificate prior to Lucky Duke returning to racing.

5 Shake An' Show - Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Hampered through the turn out of the back straight.  

7 Positive Gearing- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was severely checked. Collided with another runner entering the home straight and was checked.     

8 Zudactyl Monelli- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Collided with another runner entering the home straight and was checked.   

Race 4 – FAST TIMES @ SIRES ON ICE MIXED 4/5 331m

1 Fly Fernando- Quick to begin. Appeared to have sustained an injury entering the home straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the nearside wrist and was stood down from racing for 14 days.    

5 Summer's Queen- Marginally slow to begin. Checked off heels in the home straight.

Race 5 – ZILLMERE SPORTS CLUB 5TH GRADE HEAT 1 GRADE 5 520m

1 Slick Raven- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was severely checked, causing the greyhound to retire from the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed a fractured off foreleg. Slick Raven was treated by the oncourse veterinarian, who provided pain relief and stabilised the greyhounds limb. Mr J Bowe will enlist the services of his veterinarian as soon as practicable. Stewards will follow up on the outcome. Slick Raven was stood down from racing for 8 weeks.   

2 Yuken Pay Me- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked.

3 Ha Ha Lucky- Quick to begin.

5 Smart Cha Cha- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was severely checked.

6 New Wave- Slow to begin. Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

7 Provoker- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked wider on the track.

8 Xella Angel- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

Race 6 – GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND 5TH GRADE HEAT 2 GRADE 5 520m

3 Mrs. Sing- Quick to begin. Stewards spoke with Trainer Mrs T Fuller regarding the greyhounds apparent improved performance. Mrs Fuller stated that the greyhound had been trialling well and that after working on the greyhounds box manners, if able to lead today, expected a forward showing. The overall time Mrs. Sing ran was not beyond their expectation and that the kennel supported the greyhound financially.   

4 Stormy Shari- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked.

6 Cha Cha Kay- Collided with another runner entering the first turn and was checked.

Race 7 – THIRTY TALKS @ STUD MIXED 4/5 395m

2 Chad Sure Can- Raced wide throughout.

4 Smashniak Batman- Marginally slow to begin. Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no significant findings. Stewards requested MrKadniak inform the stewards pursuant to GAR75(2) should anything that might have a bearing on past or future running of Smashniak Batman come to notice of the trainer after the greyhound has left the course, it shall be reported to the stewards as soon as practicable. 

7 Hope's King- Hampered for room shortly after the start.

8 Cult Hero- Checked off heels leaving the turn into the back straight.

Race 8 – EXPAT LODGE BEST 8 395m

1 Oodles Of Noodle- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was checked.

2 Smashniak Double- Quick to begin.

3 Crazy Emjay- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was severely checked. Trailed field for the remainder of the event. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed an injury to the off foreleg and was stood down for 14 days.     

4 Zenyatta Miss- Collided with another runner through the first turn and was severely checked.

6 So Crazy- Tightened for room entering the turn out of the back straight.

Race 9 – ASSET BODY CORPORATE BRIBIE ISLAND BEST 8 331m

1 Statue Sis- Quick to begin.

4 Back Play- Collided with another runner approaching the turn out of the back straight.

6 Inquisitive Me-  Had its heels contacted approaching the turn out of the back straight.

Race 10 – BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY GRADE 5 331m

2 Wild Lily- Checked off heels entering the turn out of the back straight.

3 Selena Girl- Quick to begin.

4 He's Never Here- Tightened for room and checked shortly after the start.

5 Dark Bandit- Checked shortly after the start. Raced wide throughout.

7 Rapid Effect- Hampered entering the turn out of the back straight.
