3 Rapid Reward – Checked approaching the home turn, checked off heels rounding the home turn.

 

7 Kaypat World – Checked and lost ground in the back straight.

 

8 Firefly Chevy – Checked rounding the home turn.

 

9 Lucky Elephant – Dragged down from behind entering the home turn, dragged down from behind rounding the home turn. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

 

Race 2 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE MAIDEN (2) 331m

 

2 Rosdue Mia – Checked soon after the start, collided with another runner in the home straight.

 

3 Jaguarundi – Checked off heels then raced wide rounding the home turn, collided with another runner entering the home straight, checked in the home straight then collided with another runner. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

4 Chillin' Villain – Slow to begin.

 

5 Bubble Magic – Checked soon after the start.

 

6 Making Sense – Checked soon after the start.

 

7 Cosmic Warrior – Raced wide rounding the home turn.

 

8 Jayda's Reward – Collided with another runner entering the home straight, checked in the home straight.

 

 

Race 3 - GARRARD'S HORSE AND HOUND MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 331m

 

4 Mr. Wesley – Collided with another runner rounding the home turn.

 

5 Oh So Lavish – Checked soon after the start, checked rounding the home turn.

 

6 Mad As – Checked approaching the home turn, severally checked rounding the home turn. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Stewards spoke to trainer Travis Elson regarding the greyhound’s performance. Mr Elson stated the greyhound is better suited to racing further forward on the rail therefore today’s race conditions may not have suited. Stewards noted the explanation.

 

7 Master Blake – Collided with another runner rounding the home turn.

 

8 Mini Comet - A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have split off hind webbing and has been stood down for 10 days.

 

9 Boom One Down – Dragged down from behind rounding the home turn.

 

 

Race 4 - BOX 1 PHOTOGRAPHY NOVICE 331m

 

1 Rusty Kingswood – Went up with the lids, checked entering the home turn.

 

2 Emperor Rose – Checked in the back straight, bumped with another runner rounding the home turn, bumped with another runner on several occasions approaching the winning post.

 

4 Flashing Fire – Collided with another runner in the back straight, checked entering the home turn.

 

6 Rosdue Caesar – Checked in the back straight.

 

7 Joker's Girl – Collided with another runner in the back straight, checked entering the home turn, checked off heels rounding the home turn.

 

8 Jane Anne – Bumped with another runner rounding the home turn.

 

 

Race 5 - SENNACHIE AT STUD - STEVE WHITE MIXED 4/5 395m

 

1 Slick Mac – Checked and hit the rail rounding the first turn. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

3 Key Key – Checked rounding the first turn, dragged down from behind rounding the home turn.

 

4 Sea Daddy – Checked rounding the first turn, checked and hit the rail rounding the home turn. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

5 Filthy Lucre – Severely checked rounding the first turn, checked and lost ground in the back straight. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

6 Farmor Millers – Checked rounding the first turn.

 

8 Expat Hellcat – Dragged down from behind in the back straight.

 

 

Race 6 - WALLOON SALOON HOTEL MIXED 3/4 331m

 

3 Twenty To One – Checked soon after the start, checked rounding the home turn.

 

4 Fabio Beach – Late scratching on Veterinary advise at 3.20pm.

 

5 What A Crumble – Checked soon after the start, checked rounding the home turn. Stewards spoke to trainer Darryl Mcgrath regarding the greyhound’s performance, Mr Mcgrath stated the greyhound didn’t begin as well as it had been tonight, he also stated the greyhound is still young and inexperienced in a field and is better suited to racing further forward in less constricted room. Stewards noted his submissions.

 

7 Emma Cairn Do – Checked and lost ground rounding the home turn.

Race 7 - TAB - LONG MAY WE PLAY 5TH GRADE FINAL GRADE 5 331m

 

3 I'm All Heart – Checked rounding the home turn.

 

5 Hoot Hoot Go – Checked in the back straight.

 

6 Wrong Girl Harry – Checked in the back straight, checked off heels rounding the home turn.

 

9 (7) Out Of Cash – Slow to begin, checked off heels rounding the home turn.

 

 

Race 8 - BORGBET TIPPING SERVICE BEST 8 331m

 

1 Summer's Missile – Checked in the back straight, faulted in its action and gave ground approaching the home turn and took no further competitive part in the event. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside back muscle injury the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 28 days and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

 

4 Kenny Sure Can – Checked in the back straight.

 

5 Fly Fernando – Checked in the back straight, checked off heels in the home straight.

 

 

Race 9 - SELL YOUR CAR @ MOTORHUB MIXED 4/5 331m

 

1 Dancing Ebby – Checked entering the home straight.

 

3 Debra Ann – Checked in the back straight, checked entering the home turn, raced wide rounding the home turn.

 

4 Gogo Gidget – Checked in the back straight.

 

5 Qualified – Checked in the back straight, checked off heel entering the home turn.

 

8 Lilly Street – Bumped with another runner and gave ground approaching the home turn. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have an off side pin injury and has been stood down for 14 days.

 

9 Despicable Josh – Slow to begin, bumped with another runner approaching the home turn.

 

 

Race 10 - ASPLEY LEAGUES CLUB GRADE 5 331m

 

1 Petite Olga – Went up with the lids, checked approaching the home turn. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

 

2 You May Annie – Checked and lost ground approaching the home turn.

 

3 Platinum Exit – Raced wide on the home turn, collided with another runner rounding the home turn, soon after was marred by another runner.

 

5 Hit The Till – Checked rounding the home turn.

 

8 Son Of Dalmore – Slow to begin, turned its head outward taking its attention away from the lure then collided with another runner rounding the home turn. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Steward’s spoke to trainer Judith Gordon regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn. Stewards viewed the video replay and considered submissions from the trainer and the veterinary report. Stewards deemed that Son Of Dalmore was in breach of GAR 69(A) Fail to Pursue 1st offence therefore has been stood down for 28 days at Albion Park and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

 

10 (6) Miss Mel – Slow to begin, turned its head outwards making contact with another runner rounding the home turn. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

Stewards spoke to trainer Jeffrey Henzell regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn. After viewing the video footage and considered submissions from the trainer. Stewards deemed that Miss Mel was in breach of GAR 69(1) marring 1st offence therefore has been stood down for 28 days at Albion Park and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.

 

 

Race 11 - TAB GOLDEN GREYS SUMMER CARNIVAL MA5 331m

 

4 Deb's Blue Boy – Checked approaching the home turn.

 

6 Hombre Duck – Checked in the back straight.

 

7 Select Charlie – Late scratching at 3:38pm. Trainer Dennis Moore fined $100 under GAR 39 weight variation.

 

 

Race 12 - BOOK YOUR FUNCTION @ BRISGREYS 5PW 331m

 

1 Water Good Beach – Checked approaching the home turn.

 

2 Maserati Cloud – Slow to begin.

 

3 Vendetta – Checked in the back straight, severely checked and lost ground entering the home turn, checked off heels rounding the home turn. A subsequent post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have an off side shoulder injury and has been stood down for 7 days.

 

4 Keke's Magic – Checked approaching the home turn.

 

5 Daysea's Trudie – Slow to begin, checked in the back straight, checked approaching the home turn.
