General: Following the running of race one all races were moved back one time slot to afford track staff the opportunity to change the carriage and lure for the remainder of the race meeting. Race times were amended as follows: R2 6.52pm, R3 7.14pm, R4 7.36pm, R5 7.54pm, R6 8.15pm, R7 8.36pm, R8 9.00pm, R9 9.23pm, R10 9.43pm, R11 10.03pm, R12 10.18pm. |

Due to the delay between race one and two all greyhounds underwent a pre-race veterinary checked and were subsequently passed fit to race.
2 Daysea’s Tim – Eased and turned its head outwards towards another runner entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Steward’s spoke to trainers representative Robert Dacey regarding the greyhound’s racing manners. After considering all available evidence, Stewards invoked GAR 124 Fail to purse 1st offence – 28 days stand down at Albion Park and must complete a satisfactory steward’s trial prior to racing next.
7 I’m Refined – Checked soon after the start, checked entering the first turn, checked entering the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings.

1 Mustang Hayze - Beaten favourite. Trainer Sandra Hunt stated that the greyhound maybe down slightly in fitness after missing a run last week when the race meeting the greyhound was engaged to race in was abandoned therefore, she was not disappointed in the greyhound’s performance. Stewards noted the submissions.

1 Mrs. Musgrave – Severely checked and fell entering the home turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside hock sprain under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.
