TRIALS

6 Month Trial 1 – 460m

The greyhound ZA ZA ZARA performed a satisfactory 6-month trial over the distance of 460m in a time of 27.99.

 

Return to Racing Trial 1 – 460m

The greyhound HELLY’S LAMENT performed a satisfactory Return to Racing Trial 1 over the distance of 460m in a time of 27.02.

 

RACE REPORTS

 

1.

UNCLE RUSTY’S PHOTOS MAIDEN 460M

Flashing fergo won the start and eddy’s chant was last out, clear after the jump and the first turn.  Past the catching pen and onto the back straight moet girl was in the lead.  Around the Mobil turn spring sera checked off blizzard blitz and then in the 550m corner spring sera checked into the back of flashing fergo and spring sera fell heavily.  After the race spring sera was sent to the vet and found to have suffered bruising to right shoulder and a puncture wound to hock.

SHARP BUSINESS EQUIPMENT NOVICE 460M

Vaselius and absolute serial jumped well, field was clear after the jump, around the first turn spring blonde was wide.  Through the catching pen and back straight vaselius held a strong lead.  Race was clear at all other reference points.

NEWS MAIL NOVICE 460M

Even start and clear after the jump but field tightened through turn 1.  Down the back straight Stirling blue held a strong lead and was unchallenged for remainder of race, past the Mobil corner all fired up and red river rose were high.  At the 550m boxes and onto the finish straight spring steel ran wide.  After the race nothing was sent to the vet, and swab on the winner.

BROTHERS SPORTS CLUB 5th GRADE 460M

Clean start with Wooroolin shadow last out, field tightened after the jump and thru turn one, with Bella bee and ruby dutchess checking.  By the catching pen ruby dutchess held the lead, clear until the finish straight with Wilby sweet and Bella bee both running wide.

EAST END HOTEL 4/5th GRADE 460M

Even start by all dogs and clear after the jump but the entire field compressed thru first turn, but had cleared by the catching pen and pure lee red led the field.  Around past the 550m boxes cardiac king went wide down the start finish straight.

THE GLEN CRICKET CLUB-MAYOR’S CUP 4/5th GRADE 550M

Good start by majority of field but master Cody missed start, past the 460m boxes copper light was out wide and around the first turn Mr bang bang went wide also.  Field was clear until the finish straight where blue prince ran wide.

BUNDABERG SPRINT FINAL 460M

Looking amazing jumped last, field was clear after the jump but around turn 1 all about hope and trackie Chan checked.  Past the catching pen silent mistake was leading.  Single file down back straight thru the Mobil turn acka dacka dropped off the field. Around the home turn silent mistake and malloury queen ran wide.
