Race 1 -UNCLE RUSTY'S PHOTOS MAIDEN (1) 315m  

4. Urge – Checked off the hind quarters of another runner on the first turn. Deviated its attention towards runner on the outside on the first turn, however, did not make muzzle contact. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant findings. Stewards spoke to the trainer Mr Trevor Lindsay regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124(1) failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Lindsay pleaded guilty to the breach and was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Bundaberg and must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 127(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

6. Bonny Boy - Late scratching at 8:15 am when Niel Demnar reported the greyhound to have an offside hind leg injury while travelling up to the track GAR 76(2). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 76(5) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Race 2 - CRAFT RENTALS MAIDEN (2) 315m

1. Gunyah Mate – Faulted in its actions entering the first turn. Checked on the first turn and gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an offside triceps muscle strain and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 7 days.

Race 5 - GREYHOUNDS MAKE GREAT PETS MIXED 4/5 531m

Race 6 - TOTAL GREENS TURF GRADE 5 460m

6. Sleepy Joe – Faulted in its actions and gave ground on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed suspected carpal injury, under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down from racing for 42 days and must complete a veterinary clearance trial prior to racing next. This matter will be referred to the injury review panel.

Race 7 - RACE REVOLUTION MIXED 4/5 460m

5. Hotshot Bear – Checked entering the first turn. Forced wider and checked on the first turn and gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed shoulder muscle injury. and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 14 days.

8. Orson Charli – Severely checked on the first turn and gave ground. A post-race veterinary examination revealed shoulder and hip muscle strains, and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

Race 8 - BUNDABERG WILDCARD FINAL OPEN 531m

· No matters of concern to stewards.

Race 9 - GLOBAL TURF MIXED 3/4 315m

4. Hay You Beast – Faulted in its actions, shortened stride, and gave ground on the first turn. A post-race veterinary examination revealed a nearside wrist sprain. and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

Race 10 - WALKER ST WHOLESALE BAKERY GRADE 5 (1) 315m

3.Shanti – Checked on the first turn and gave ground A post-race veterinary examination revealed shoulder and triceps muscle strains. and under the provisions of GAR 41(1) the greyhound has been stood down for 10 days.

Race 11 - SKY RACING GRADE 5 (2) 315m
