The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

PETITE MAGIC was the best to begin. FREAKS AT was slow to begin. IGNORE THE NOISE checked off ELUSIVE DIVA and lost ground on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to FREAK AT. PETITE MAGIC checked off ELUSIVE DIVA and lost ground approaching the turn out of the back straight causing interference to SHOTGUN LADY.
Trainer’s representative Mr S. Essary, was informed that the performance of SEE BLUES BOY was bordering on unsatisfactory and a warning was placed on the greyhound.
Trainer R. Lound was informed that the performance of FREAKS AT was bordering on unsatisfactory and a warning was placed on the greyhound.
WILDASH WHISPER was the best to begin. LIBERTY LEGS checked off COBBIN and lost ground shortly after the start. FEAR ANDY raced on to the heels of BUCKAROO SUE on the turn into the back straight resulting in both greyhounds losing considerable ground. MR. REX and LIBERTY LEGS bumped in the front straight.
Race 3 – 5th Grade 410m
COLLARINA was tightened for racing room and lost ground on the turn into the back straight. LAID BACK LAD raced on to the heels of RHONDA’S TEARS entering the back straight. LAID BACK LAD lost ground in the back straight for no apparent reason. A veterinary inspection of the greyhound revealed no abnormalities. LAID BACK LAD raced wide into the home straight.
Race 4 – 5th Grade 410m
Even start. HI HOMBRE and MR.
CRUSTACEAN were tightened for racing room and lost ground shortly after the
start. MR. CRUSTACEAN checked off
WILDASH PLUMBOB and lost ground on the turn into the back straight resulting in
in interference to HI HOMBRE. EARLY SHOW
raced wide in the home straight.
Race 5 – 4/5th
Grade 544m
POISED TO POUNCE and SOMETHING BAD were slow to begin. KLONDIKE RUSH checked across the heels of RAILROAD ROCKET on the turn out of the front straight. POISED TO POUNCE shifted out on the turn out of the front straight bumping KNOCK THE TOP resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced and losing ground causing interference to COSMIC LAMP.
Stewards questioned the racing manners of SOMETHING BAD in particular in the front straight. Subsequently stewards acting under the provisions of GAR 69 stood SOMETHING BAD down from racing for a period of 28 days and the completion of a satisfactory trial for marring.
Race 6 – 4/5th Grade 410m
SELFIE was the best to begin. HOTSHOT HERO checked off IMPOSING SIND and lost ground on the turn into the back straight. SELFIE was tightened for racing room and lost ground on the turn into the back straight. IMPOSING SIND and ON DECK bumped entering the home straight.
Race 7 – 4th Grade 410m
PHOTO BOOTH was the best to begin. TOKALON HOTSHOT was slow to begin. General tightening occurred on the turn into the back straight resulting in MAYWYNS MARTY, FULL BLOWN and CUT OUT PASS losing ground. FULL BLOWN checked off CUT OUT PASS approaching the turn out of the back straight resulting in FULL BLOWN losing considerable ground and taking no further competitive part in the race.
A veterinary inspection of the greyhound revealed no abnormalities. Subsequently stewards acting under the provisions of GAR 71 stood FULL BLOWN down from racing until a satisfactory trial is performed.
Race 8 – 3/4th Grade 410m
SNAKE PROOF was the best to begin. CASH QUEEN was slow to begin. BLUE STITCH checked off SUPER STORY and lost ground prior to turning into the back straight. BLUE STITCH and BOLD DEBREE bumped approaching the turn out of the back straight. BENEDICT GEOFF checked across the heels of SNAKE PROOF on the turn into the home straight.
