The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

GENERAL

Race 1 – Maiden 410m

HUBRISTIC was the best to begin. RAININ’ THUNDER was slow to begin. LUSIMA lost ground approaching the turn out of the back straight. A veterinary inspection of the greyhound revealed no abnormalities. PUNGUSHE checked across the heels of WILDASH DIDDY on the turn into the front straight. RAININ’ THUNDER was inspected by the veterinarian after the race who found no abnormalities. Trainer E. Bryant was advised not to start the greyhound again until it is competitive. Stewards took into account that this was the greyhound’s second race start.

Race 2 – 5^th Grade 410m

WESTOVER was the best to begin. WILDASH WHISPER checked off TITO and lost ground on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to SMART CHIC.

Race 3 – 5^th Grade 410m

Even start. WILDASH MONTE checked off SUPER STORY and lost ground on the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to CALL ME CHARLES. ETOPIA was tightened for racing room and lost ground entering the back straight.

Race 4 – 4^th Grade 410m

GOT IT WRONG was the best to begin. CASH QUEEN was slow to begin. BLUEFIRE CHALICE was tightened for racing room and lost some ground on the turn into the back straight. BLUEFIRE CHALICE checked off the heels of GOT IT WRONG entering the back straight. Shortly after GOT IT WRONG checked off the heels of COBBIN causing interference to BLUEFIRE CHALICE. CASH QUEEN raced wide into the home straight.

Race 5 – 1/2^nd Grade 410m

Even start with SHAKE YOUR BOOTY slow to begin. FEARS THE WORD raced wide into the home straight.
