BROTHERS LEAGUES CLUB MAIDEN 410M

DISPLOSION was the best to begin.  SCOMELD checked off the heels of PARIS AUGOGO and lost some ground on the turn out of the back straight.  DISPLOSION was tightened for racing room and lost ground on the turn into the front straight.  SCOMELD and PARIS AUGOGO bumped entering the front straight.

CAIRNS BULK MEATS 5th GRADE 410M

HARA’S SIZZLE was the best to begin.  MAYWYN ACCOLADES and SMILES ALOT were slow to begin.  LIL BIT AWESOME checked off HARA’S SIZZLE and lost ground approaching the turn into the back straight resulting in interference to MAYWYN ACCOLADES.  HARA’S SIZZLE lost ground approaching the turn out of the back straight causing interference to LITTLE RANDLE and MAYWYN ACCOLADES.  HARA’S SIZZLE was inspected by the veterinarian who reported injuries to both wrists.  LIL BIT AWESOME raced wide into the front straight.  SMILES ALOT raced wide to the finish.

CHASE MAGAZINE 5th GRADE 410M

KARMA’S COMING was the best to begin.  GAR lost ground on the turn into the back straight to finish a distant last.  A veterinary inspection of the greyhound revealed soreness to both hind leg muscles.

TELESAT 4th GRADE 410M

Even start.  CHIEF BOLT was tightened for racing room and lost ground on the turn into the back straight.  MANHATTAN MAID and HARA’S FLYER bumped entering the back straight resulting in HARA’S FLYER losing ground causing interference to TOP TELLER.  CHIEF BOLT raced wide in the front straight.

CORAL COAST CATERING BEST 8 410M

Trainer J. Barrow was fined $50 under the provisions of GAR 39.1 for presenting GOLD TOTAL to race with a weight variation outside the requirements of the Rules of Greyhound Racing.  Subsequently GOLD TOTAL was a late scratching form the race.

 

BELLA MARLO was the best to begin.  IT’S HIS JOB was slow to begin.  ZIPPING CARLTON checked off the heels of ATOMIC OPIE and lost ground on the turn into the back straight.
