The greyhound NEW TALENT performed a satisfactory weight trial over the distance of 366m in a time of 20.08.

Trainer Mr. J Catton fined $50 under Rule 48 No Catcher on VAGUE MEMORIES.

Trainer Ms. F Guymer fined $50 under rule 48 No Catcher on PEARLS ANGEL.

Race 1 – Maiden 366m

Shortly after the start BEEJAY MCROCKET shifted inwards checking the running of SPRING STEEL. Shortly after DUBLIN DUCHESS shifted out checking the running of SPRING STEEL. Approaching the 200m mark MONKEY’S UNCLE shifted outwards checking SPRING STEEL. Approaching the finishing line MONKEY’S UNCLE and SPRING STEEL raced tight.

Race 2 – Novice 366m

Shortly after the start PIP PIP HOORAY shifted across the track and in doing so checked the running of WALK FREE. Shortly after WALK FREE shifted inwards checking the running of FANCY OSTI which became unbalanced. Passing the 200m mark FAMECHON and SPRING CALIBER raced tight.

Race 3 – 5^th Grade 366m

Even start. Approaching the 300m mark SHE’S TOO HOT shifted across the track severely checking the running of SCORPION QUEEN. In this incident SCORPION QUEEN shifted inwards checking the running of MARSYL. Approaching the 100m mark SHE’S TOO HOT when shifting across the track checked off the heels of WOOL WASH.

Race 4 – 5^th Grade 366m

Even start. Shortly after WORK OF ART shifted in tightened the running of VAGUE MEMORIES. Approaching the 200m mark SIR TIGER OSTI shifted across the track checking off the heels of NICHOLSON.

Race 5 – RQ Young Guns Heat 1 366m

Shortly after the start PEARLS A PLENTY shifted inwards tightening the running of DAZE FLYBY, BARCIA BLUE and MOONLIGHT TYCOON. In this incident MOONLIGHT TYCOON became unbalanced and lost ground. Passing the 200m mark WILD ELITE and GOT ONLY KNOWS were racing tight and bumping.

Race 6 – RQ Young Guns Heat 2 366m

MAGIC KITCHEN was slow to begin. At the same time UPPER CLASS LAD began well and shifted across the track of its own accord. Passing the 300m mark KNOCKA’S ASSET shifted out checking TIA TWO. Passing the 100m mark NAPALM and KNOCKA’S ASSET were racing tight.

Race 7 – RQ Young Guns Heat 3 366m

PEAWRLS ANGEL was slow to begin. Approaching the 300m mark BAY OF SPRITE shifted inwards checking IT’S MY TIME. Shortly after IT’S MY TIME shifted inwards checking the running of VALENTINO JACK.

Race 8 – 4/5^th Grade 366m

PRINCE FREDERICK was slow to begin. At the same time MR. ELEGANT shifted inwards tightening the running of BLACK MENACE. Passing the 200m mark FROSTY JAY JAY shifted outwards checking the running of IT’S ALL FUN. Passing the 100m mark MR. ELEGANT and UNLEASH DE MAGIC were racing tight.
