The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.
Race 4 BARCIA BLUE
Race 1 MISS MAGNOLIA Injured in running, off hind leg, 10 days
Race 6 BLOO FRANKIE Injured in running, stomach muscles, 21 days
Even start. Shortly after the start ROCKING RONNY and MONOCEROS collided.
The
greyhound MISS MAGNOLIA was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the
off hind leg and was stood down for a period of 10 days.
CATWALK SHOW LEE was best to begin. HANK MOODY was slow to begin. Shortly after the start SMARK HORNET shifted in bumping MISHA. Near the 200m SMART HORNET and HANK MOODY collided. Over the concluding stages MISHA checked off the heels of FAMOUS REBEL and became unbalanced.

3 – Maiden Heat 3 366m
KIP KEINO was slow to begin. TWO MINUTE was best to begin. Passing the halfway CLASSIC TERRA, HYDROGEN and TWO MINUTE all raced tight. Approaching the finishing line FEAR LADY checked off the heels of NASHOTA.

4 – Novice 366m
YOWIE HUNTER was best to begin. IRISH MADAM was slow to begin. Shortly after the start UNJGOVERNED and IRISH MADAM collided. At the same point YOWIE HUNTER and LOCH BEN also collided. Approaching the halfway point KAR BLU and BARCIA BLUE collided resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced. Leaving the halfway point YOWIE HUNTER shifted extremely wide on the track. Approaching the finishing line KAR BLU shifted in hampering BARCIA BLUE.
The greyhound BARCIA BLUE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

5 – 5th Grade Heat 1 366m
TREBLIG BRAD was slow to begin. Approaching the halfway mark TREBLIG BRAD shifted to the outside fence. Approaching the finishing line SOUTHERN FLOSS and ELUSIVE SPARKLE raced tight.

6 – 5th Grade Heat 2 366m
HAREEBA HAREEBA was best to begin. DAYSEAS DOLLY was slow to begin. Shortly after the start CLASSIC TYCOON and MEG’S MAGIC collided resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced. A short distance later CLASSIC TYCOON and MEG’S MAGIC bumped continuously. HUDSONS BREAK shifted outwards approaching the finishing line.
The
greyhound BLOO FRANKIE was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the
stomach muscles and was stood down for a period of 21 days.

7 – 5th Grade Heat 3 366m
BULL TITAN was best to begin. NEW TALENT was slow to begin. Shortly after the start NEW TALENT and VALKYRIE ELLA collided resulting in both greyhounds becoming unbalanced.

PLUM JAM was slow to begin. SCORPION QUEEN was best to begin. Passing the halfway mark COUNTRY CYCLONE and WHITE GODDESS collided.
