VERNON MEMORIAL MAIDEN HEAT 1 366M CORAKI and HUNTER’S A STAR were slow
to begin. Shortly after the start
CORAKI shifted out abruptly colliding with HUNTER’S A STAR. CORAKI continued to shift towards the
outside of the track. |

BOB VERNON MEMORIAL MAIDEN HEAT 2
366M VIKING BUDDY and WHO SAID collided
at the start. WHO SAID shifted out
bumping RALPHONIC. Shortly after the
start WHO SAID again collided with RALPHONIC.
In the middle stages of the event RUMBLE INN and ACES FANCY bumped on
several occasions. ACES FANCY and WHO
SAID had a tendency to shift out during the running of the event. RALPHONIC shifted to the inside rail during
the middle stages of the event. |

366M Shortly
after the start DASH TA FAME shifted out and bumped MAGIC TEMPO. In the early stages of the event KNOCKA ON
FIRE shifted towards the outside of the track. ZINZAN BROOKE shifted to the inside of the
track in the early stages. Near the
200m JAYDEN’S A STAR shifted towards the inside of the track. |

NOVICE 366M NOSMO KING and DOUBLE DECKER bumped
shortly after the start. Shortly after
the start DREAM TIME BABY shifted towards the inside of the track. In the early stages of the event GLEBE KID
shifted to the outside of the track.
During the middle stages of the event GLEBE KID and MISTER DEBONAIR
bumped on several occasions. |

GRADE 366M GUDERA POLIKAPOV was slow to
begin. Shortly after the start ALPHA
ACHILLES collided with a KAR BLU. In
the early stages of the event VALENTINO JACK bumped with RICOCHET ROSE on a
number of occasions. Approaching the
200m mark KAR BLU shifted out tightening the running of RAY’S PICK which was
checked. KAR BLU continued to shift
out tightening the running of SEND A MESSAGE which was hampered. Leaving the 200m VALENTINO JACK and
RICOCHET ROSE collided resulting in both runners being hampered. Approaching the 100m HOLD ON NITRO and
RAY’S PICK collided, resulting in both greyhounds being checked. |

4/5th GRADE 366M SMOKEM UP SMOKEY was slow to
begin. Shortly after the start MAGIC
ANGEL shifted in and collided with FAMECHON.
In the early stages of the event BARCIA BLUE shifted out wider on the
track. Near the 200m FAMECHON collided
with KENTUCKY KAHN on several occasions. |

BITCHES 5th GRADE 366M SALLY SPARKLES was slow to
begin. Shortly after the start
MOTORIN’ CIDER, MIDNIGHT BLISS, GUDERA YAKOLEV and WESTERN HONEY all raced
tight, resulting in MIDNIGHT BLISS and WESTERN HONEY being checked. In the early stages of the event DRAGON
DANCER and MOTORIN’ CIDER shifted to the outside of the track. Approaching the 200m MIDNIGHT BLISS and
WESTERN HONEY collided. Shortly after
MOSS WIN QUEEN checked off the heels of MIDNIGHT BLISS. In the early stages of the event GUDERA
YAKOLEV shifted to the inside of the track.
Near the 100m GUDERA YAKOLEV eased and took no further competitive
part in the event. The
greyhound GUDERA YAKOLEV was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to
the off side pin and was stood down for a period of 28 days. |

FINAL 366M At the start BETTER THAN
THIS shifted in colliding with a DOLLY BLOO.
BETTER THAN THIS then continued to shift in to obtain a position on
the inside of the track. Shortly after
the start DOLLY BLOO, LEADFOOT EXPRESS and GAGAN NANCY raced tight resulting
in LEADFOOT EXPRESS being checked. In
the early stages of the event ALPHA MIMOS shifted to the outside of the
track. Near the 250m mark DOLLY BLOO
collided with GAGAN NANCY. GAGAN NANCY
then continued to shift out. |
