Stewards Trial 1 – 366m The greyhound MAGIC CRAFT performed a
satisfactory 6month trial over the distance of 366m in a time of 20.74 and is
now cleared to race Capalaba only. |

HEAT 1 366M Even
start with ASSASSIN CREED and DOLLY’S WALLY slow to begin. Shortly after the start CATCH ME KEITH,
DOLLY’S WALLY and HARA’S HORNET collided.
At the same time ASSASSIN CREED and AERONA collided resulting in all
greyhounds to be hampered. At the 200m
SKIP TO IT and CATCH ME KEITH shifted out,
at the same time AERONA clipped heels and DOLLY’S WALLY and RURAL
collided resulting in both greyhounds to lose ground. After the 200m CATCH ME KEITH clipped heels
and was hampered. |

MAIDEN HEAT 2 366M Even start with TOOKA RUNA and HOT AN CHIPS slow. Shortly after the start all greyhounds
except INTROVERT collided resulting in all greyhounds to be checked, lose
ground differing degrees. Approaching
the 200m MARIE’S GIFT, REDNECK BANJO and COSMIC COPY all shifted out,
colliding and lost ground. At the same
time TOOKA RUNA and HARA’S HOTTIE shifted in.
Approaching the 100m MARIE’S GIFT and INTROVERT bumped and both
greyhounds hampered. |

NOVICE 366M Even start
with AUSSIE DIAMOND slow. Shortly
after the start RUMBLING JAKE and BRIGHT SATELLITE bumped and both greyhounds
hampered. Approaching the 200m BRIGHT
SATELLITE clipped heels, shifted in colliding with a RUMBLING JAKE resulting
in both greyhounds to be hampered. At
the 200m NOIRE CHERIE and AUSSIE DIAMOND collided resulting in both
greyhounds to be hampered. In the 100m
AUSSIE DIAMOND shifted in. At the 100m
MACFARLANE started to give ground. The greyhound
MACFARLANE underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have
suffered an injury to the off side shoulder and was stood down for a period
of 10 days. |

NOVICE 366M Even start.
Shortly after the start LITTLE LUCY, RUNOUT BOY, TORNEY and AFTER GLOW
all collided resulting in LITTLE LUCY and AFTER GLOW to be hampered with
RUNOUT BOY shifting in. At the 200m
TORNEY and AFTER GLOW collided on numerous occasions resulting in both
greyhounds to be hampered. At the 200m
LITTLE LUCY clipped heels and was hampered.
At the same time AFTER GLOW and TOOKA TRIP collided resulting in both
greyhounds to lose ground. |

GRADE HEAT 1 366M Even start with SHAYLOR CLEDUS slow to begin. Shortly after the start TOBIAS RUMLE and
COSMIC YESSAM bumped resulting in both greyhounds to be hampered. Approaching the 200m WHO DAT GUN shifted
out. After the 200m GHOST STORY
clipped heels shifted in and was hampered.
At the 200m SHAYLOR CLEDUS stumbled and was hampered. |

5th GRADE HEAT 2 366M Even start.
Shortly after the start INDIAN GIVER and TRISTAN CANNON bumped. Approaching the 200m BANG ON TARGET clipped
heels, shifted out and was hampered.
At the 200m ROCKABILLY OSTI and BANG ON TARGET bumped resulting in
both greyhounds to be hampered.
Leaving the 200m ROCKABILLY OSTI and SHAYLOR ANDRE bumped and were
both hampered. |

5th GRADE HEAT 3 366M Even start.
Shortly after the start IMA RUNAWAY and STRAIGHT SHADOW bumped. Approaching the 200m WALLOON SMARTIE, BRAVE
ULYSSES and SHUNT MAN collided resulting in BRAVE ULYSSES to shift out and
lose ground. At the 200m SHUNT MAN
clipped heels and was hampered. At the
100m STRAIGHT SHADOW shifted in. The greyhound BRAVE ULYSSES underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off
side wrist and was stood down for a period of 10 days. |

CAPALABA FUTURITY FINAL 366M Even start with BIKINI CLOUD slipping
on the matting. Shortly after the
start GO LASSIE GO, MADAM LOOPSY, BLOZ and CAKE IT ON all collided resulting
in all greyhounds to lose ground. At
the same time GALA SHOW shifted out.
At the 200m JOYE RUMBLE, CAKE IT ON, BLOZA and MADAM LOOPSY all
collided resulting in BLOZA and CAKE IT ON to lose ground with MADAM LOOPSY
shifting out colliding with GALA SHOW.
Leaving the 200m BLOZA and CAKE IT ON collided resulting in BLOZA to
lose ground. At the 100m BIKINI CLOUD
shifted out. The greyhound BLOZA underwent a
post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BENNY 3/4th GRADE 366M Even start.
Shortly after the start DASH TA FAME and HYDROGEN collided resulting
in HYDROGEN to be checked and lose ground and give no further competitive
part in this race. Approaching the
200m MR. DEXTER and WILDASH WILDBOY collided resulting in both greyhounds to
be hampered. At the 100m MAGICAL
YESSAM and MR. DEXTER bumped. The greyhound MAGICAL YESSAM underwent a post-race
veterinary examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off
side wrist and was stood down for a period of 10 days. The greyhound HYDROGEN underwent a post-race veterinary
examination and was found to have suffered an injury to the off side pin and
was stood down for a period of 28 days. |
