Even start. Approaching the 200m ALPHA RHEA shifted out.  Approaching the 100m KIMARI MARIA shifted out.

 

 

The greyhound KIMARI MARIA underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Even start.  Shortly after the start FONIC THUNDER, NOSMO KING, SABAI ODESSA, FAB JESSIE and HYPO SHOW collided, causing all greyhounds to lose ground at differing degrees.  Approaching the 200m LA BAMBA and HYPO SHOW collided causing HYPO SHOW to shift in and both greyhounds to lose ground.  At the same time FONIC THUNDER shifted out.

 

The greyhound HYPO SHOW underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injuries were found.

Even start.  Shortly after the start SUDOKU DOLL and BANG ON TARGET bumped.  Approaching the 200m BANG ON TARGET shifted out. 

 

The greyhound SUDOKU DOLL was declared hard to box.

5TH GRADE (2) 366M

SONTREI MESCUAL was best to begin.  Shortly after the start CHILLED HEAT shifted in colliding with SHOW ME JAKEY and SONTREI MESCUAL, causing SHOW ME JAKEY to lose ground.  Approaching the 200m NOTORIOUS HERO shifted out, at the same time SHOW ME JAKEY clipped heels and lost ground. 

 

The greyhound SHOW ME JAKEY underwent a post-race vet examination and was found to have suffered a near side hip injury and stood down for 7 days.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSH BRUEKERS 4TH GRADE 366M

Even start.  Shortly after the start SNAKEY KATIE, TRY COMB and CORY’S DIAMOND collided causing TRY COMB to lose ground.  Approaching the 200m, OUTBACK SUNSHINE and TRY COMB collided, causing TRY COMB to lose ground.  At the same time, CORY’S DIAMOND shifted out colliding with POLLY’S MAID, causing both greyhounds to lose ground.  At the 200m, POLLY’S MAID and BUDDY TOKAAM shifted in with CORY’S DIAMOND shifting out.

HAPPY 40TH TONY CULEY BEST 8 366M

Even start.  Shortly after the start, HIGH CLASS BELLE shifted in clipping heels of TWEED DANCER, resulting in STRAIGHT SHADOW to be checked and all greyhounds to be hampered.  At the 200m CAPRA ROSS and STRAIGHT SHADOW collided causing CAPRA ROSS to be hampered.
