Race 1 - JUST GREYHOUND PHOTOS MAIDEN (1) 366m

1 Lorna's Creek – Checked leaving the 200m.

2 Lorna's Law – Checked after the start.

4 Wild Jeffy Jack – Shifted out after the start. Checked leaving the 100m.

5 My Boy Aiden – Checked leaving the 200m.

6 Farmor Victorio – Checked after the start.

7 Impetuous Lad – Shifted in and checked leaving the 200m.

Race 2 - WYNNUM HAULAGE MAIDEN (2) 366m

2 Cheeky Chan – Slow to begin. Gave ground over the concluding stages. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no significant abnormalities. Subsequently stewards issued a warning against the greyhound’s performance. Eased and turned its head outwards over the concluding stages. Stewards spoke to trainers representative Mr J Kemp in regard to the greyhounds’ actions over the concluding stages. After viewing the footage and considering all available evidence it was identified there was a foreign object on the track that had caught the dogs attention. Therefore, the greyhound was given the benefit of the doubt if it had contravened any rule. Further in considering the matter stewards were not satisfied that Cheeky Chan’s finishing position was affected as a result of this incident.

Race 3 - TREVOR MCSHERRY CLASSIC MAIDEN FINAL MAIDEN 366m

2 Go Hard Son – Shifted out approaching the 200m.

3 Teddy James – Checked approaching the 200m.

4 Cyclone Molly – Checked approaching the 200m and again leaving the 200m.

5 Munroe – Checked approaching the 200m and again leaving the 200m. Bumped with another runner on numerous occasions over the concluding stages.

6 Within Range – Bumped with another runner on numerous occasions over the concluding stages.

8 Lucky Dragon – Shifted in after the start.

9 Spitfire Sammy – Checked and shifted in after the start.

Race 4 - SENTENCED AT STUD NOVICE 366m

2 Bear Bonus – Checked after the start. Checked off heels over the concluding stages

3 Brisk Impact – Checked after the start. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the offside hip and subsequently was stood down from racing for 7 days.

5 Sassy Boo – Checked at the 200m. Shifted in leaving the 200m.

7 Hit List – Checked off heels leaving the 100m.

8 Daysea's Samara - Tightened for racing room and checked approaching the 100m.

Race 5 - WAYNE HARRIS SPRINT GRADE 5 (1) 366m

3 Bob Albury – A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained and injury to the near side pin muscle and subsequently was stood down from racing for 21 days.

4 Devil Miss – Bumped with another runner over the concluding stages.

5 Hara's Rusty – Bumped with another runner over the concluding stages.

6 Yuri Magic – Checked after the start. Checked off heels approaching the 100m

7 Budgie Mule – Checked leaving the 100m. Bumped with another runner over the concluding stages

Race 6 - HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOBY COUTTS MIXED 4/5 366m

1 Wolf Steele – Shifted out approaching the 100m.

2 Hyper Haze – Checked approaching the 200m.

5 Gotham Ethics – Bumped with another runner over the concluding stages.

6 Pink Flyer – Declared a late scratching @ 1:27pm by order of the Stewards.

7 Red Buzz – Bumped with another runner over the concluding stages.

2 Question Asked – Tailed the field for the majority of the event. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the greyhound to have sustained an injury to the off-hind dew claw and subsequently was stood down from racing for 14 days.
