Black Comanche – Beaten favourite. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination which revealed no significant finding. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr R Hassall regarding the greyhound’s performance, Mr Hassall stated the greyhound trial at Albion Park over 520m on Sunday and that may have taken it out of the greyhound.

Teddy James - Late scratching at 9.08am pursuant to GAR 92(2) when the veterinary official found the greyhound to have a oof-hind split webbing injury during kennelling. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. |
