The following greyhounds were sent to the veterinary surgeon upon completion of their event, but were not found to be suffering any injury.

Race 2 QUALITY BOND Injured in running, off side hock, 6 weeks
The greyhound MASTER HAYMAKER performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 520m in a time of 31.53 and is now cleared to nominate all tracks after 14 August 2015.
STOLE MY HEART and MAGIC SPARKLE were best to begin. REMO DANCER and RED RUNNER were slow to begin. Approaching the turn out of the front straight RATATAT contacted the heels of MAGIC SPARKLE causing both greyhounds to be severely checked. RAPID ROSE and VELOCITY HILDA were checked as a result of this incident. Rounding the turn out of the front straight REMO DANCER clipped the heels of RED RUNNER when it was shifting wider and was momentarily hampered. REMO DANCER raced wide in the front straight.
RICH ‘N’ WILD and GORILLA EYES were best to begin. COVERT AFFAIR was slow to begin. Approaching the turn out of the front straight ROCKING RONNY clipped the heels of QUALITY BOND causing it to become unbalanced, and as a result COVERT AFFAIR and DRAGON DUK were both checked. Rounding the turn out of the front straight GORILLA EYES clipped the heels of RICH ‘N’ WILD and became unbalanced. Shortly afterwards RICH ‘N’ WILD and TILLY NO TAIL came together. In the back straight QUALITY BOND eased abruptly and took no further part in the event.
The
greyhound QUALITY BOND was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the
off side hock and was stood down for a period of 6 weeks.

3 – Novice 520m
MY EYES ONLY was best to begin. SPECIAL VISION was slow out. Approaching the turn out of the front straight NOW FEAR THIS and ENDLESS SHADOW came together. As a consequence ENDLESS SHADOW shifted out and bumped ELITE SOX. ENDLESS SHADOW and SPECIAL VISION bumped leading into the back straight and again on the turn out of the back straight, causing both greyhounds to become unbalanced.
The greyhound ENDLESS SHADOW was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

4 – 4/5th Grade 431m
Even start with MISS HALLIUS and ARK UP both begin slow to begin. Approaching the turn into the back straight FENRIR, GET INVOLVED and FEARLESS DUK all raced tight. Shortly after NOTORIOUS LADY and GET INVOLVED collided resulting in NOTORIOUS LADY being checked. Entering the back straight ARK UP contacted the heels of FEARLESS DUK and was checked. In the back straight FEARLESS DUK contacted GET INVOLVED and as a result FEARLESS DUK lost ground and checked ARK UP, causing ARK UP to lose considerable ground.
The greyhound ARK UP was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

5 – RQ Young Guns Heat 1 520m
TOBIAS RUMBLE and SWAP YA were best to begin. SUNNYSIDE JAY and MAGIC KITCHEN were slow to begin. Shortly after the start ANTI DENTITE and CRANKSHAFT were tightened between ROCKY BE GOOD and SWAP YA, with both greyhounds losing ground. Approaching the turn out of the front straight ROCKY BE GOOD contacted the heels of DOWN THEY CAME causing it to be checked and both greyhounds lost considerable ground.

6 – RQ Young Guns Heat 2 520m
Even start. Approaching the turn out of the front straight PEARLS ANGEL and ULTRA BLUE came together, resulting in ULTRA BLUE being checked. Rounding the turn out of the front straight SHOW BOUND clipped the heels of YALINGA, causing YALINGA to be checked and raced wide. Approaching the turn into the back straight PEARLS ANGEL clipped the heels of YALINGA causing both greyhounds to be checked.

7 – RQ Young Guns Heat 3 520m
JANE’S JEZABEL and MAGIC MAIDEN were best to begin. ANGRY ALICE was slow to begin. Approaching the turn out of the front straight ANGRY ALICE contacted the running rail and shifted out.
The greyhound ANGRY ALICE was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

8 – 5th Grade Final 520m
ALAR BELLS was best to begin. Shortly after the start SPRING BLITZ and FYRE GAL came together. Rounding the turn out of the front straight SILKY OAK and BERRY IN LOVE came together, which resulted in BERRY IN LOVE shifting out and making contact with SPRING FIRECHIEF, causing that greyhound to be checked.

9 – 4/5th Grade 520m
Even start. SCORPION QUEEN was slow to begin. Approaching the turn out of the front straight DEEP DESPAIR and PASSIVE PROTEST came together causing DEEP DESPAIR to be checked. Shortly afterwards COLLIDER GIRL and NOT LIKE TOMMY bumped resulting in NOT LIKE TOMMY being checked. DEEP DESPAIR was hampered as a result of this incident.

10 – 5th Grade 431m
Even start. Shortly after the boxes opened NEAT ALRIGHT shifted out and contacted CRACKERS. Approaching the turn into the back straight CRACKERS contacted ELUSIVE FUSION causing that greyhound to be hampered. In the back straight HABANA FLEX and ROCKET’S MAGIC collided, causing both greyhounds to be checked. ELUSIVE FUSION raced wide in the back straight. PRATER’S PROBLEM and ELUSIVE FUSION raced wide in the front straight.
