The greyhound SPRING CRYSTAL performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 431m in a time of 25.89 and is now cleared to nominate all tracks.
The greyhound RYLI’S DREAMER performed a satisfactory stewards’ trial over the distance of 431m in a time of 25.64 and is now cleared to nominate all tracks after 7 September 2015.
The greyhound SLEDGE HAMMER performed a satisfactory 6 month trial over the distance of 431m in a time of 25.06.
SPRING BIG IRON and MAYWYNS ELECT were best to begin. WEST MEAD BLUE was slow to begin. Shortly after the start RYAN ROAD and GOTTA GET UP collided. Entering the back straight CARTEL QUEEN checked off the heels of RUBY BELTAH, resulting in CARTEL QUEEN losing ground. RYAN ROAD raced wide throughout the back straight. Entering the top turn CARTEL QUEEN checked off the heels of RYAN ROAD.
The greyhound CARTEL QUEEN was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
Even start. SPRING BLONDE was slow to begin. Entering the back straight HOBO JANE checked off the heels of BOOTY BEACH. MR. PRANKSTER shifted out checking NAT MAN and KIRRA CHERIE, resulting in both greyhounds losing ground. SPRING BLONDE as a result of the incident was forced to race wide through the back straight. SPRING BLONDE raced wide throughout the home straight.

3 – Novice 431m
SHELIA DOOLEY was best to begin. SCAR’S BROTHER and LOCH BEN were slow to begin. Shortly after the start VELOCITY ELLIE was tightened for room and lost ground between SOCIAL DANCER and SNUBBING UNIT. Through the 1st turn VELOCITY ELLIE checked off the heels of SNUBBING UNIT resulting in further interference to SCAR’S BROTHER and LOCH BEN. KIKEM SPRINGER raced wide throughout the back straight. Entering the top turn SHELIA DOOLEY checked off the heels of SOCIAL DANCER. VELOCITY ELLIE and GUNNADOO RAIDER bumped continuously over the concluding stages.

4 – Novice 431m
Even start. Through the 1st turn HE CHEWS SHOES was tightened for room and lost ground between SHE’S ALL BLONDE and DOOLEY’S HOBO. Entering the back straight SMASHNIAK MARS shifted out onto the heels of RIDES ON SCOOTER dragging that greyhound down causing it to fall, resulting in RIDES ON SCOOTER taking no further competitive part in the event. Through the top turn HE CHEWS SHOES shifted out making muzzle contact with ANNIE ELLEN, resulting in ANNIE ELLEN being taken extremely wider on the track.
The greyhound RIDES ON SCOOTER was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
The
greyhound SHE’S ALL BLONDE was vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the
near side hock and was stood down for a period of 10 days.
Stewards
advised trainer Mr. C Broadrick that the greyhound would be charged under Rule
69 Marring, 2nd offence, 3 months plus a satisfactory
stewards’ trial 431m all tracks.

5 – 5th Grade Heat 1 431m
UP THE ATTITUDE and SIZE WONT MATTER were best to begin. SPECIAL VIRTUE was slow to begin. Through the 1st turn ROCK ON ROLLA and SURF HONOUR TEAR collided checking CHAMPAGNE BENZ. In the back straight SPRING CHOICE checked off the heels of SURF HONOUR TEAR. SIZE WONT MATTER raced wide throughout the back straight. Entering the top turn ROCK ON ROLLA and SIZE WONT MATTER collided. UP THE ATTITUDE raced wide into the home straight.

6 – 4/5th Grade Final 431m
RYLI’S RAMBO was best to begin. VELOCITY AMY was slow to begin. SPIKE BENZ and GOD ONLY KNOWS raced wide throughout the back straight. In the back straight MAYWYN WEALTH checked off the heels of BASHFUL BABE. Turning into the home straight BASHFUL BABE checked off the heels of GOD ONLY KNOWS and was forced to race wider on the track.

SOVEREIGN MAGIC was best to begin. SHE CAN DO was slow to begin. Through the front straight on the 1st occasion FAR FROM FEAR checked off the heels of SOVEREIGN MAGIC. Through the 1st turn SOVEREIGN MAGIC and AMY’S ELITE raced tight bumping. A short distance later EBONY’S SECRET checked off the heels of AMY’S ELITE, resulting in GATE SLINGER and SPRING FIRECHIEF also being checked and losing ground. Through the top turn EBONY’S SECRET checked off the heels of SOVEREIGN MAGIC.
The greyhound EBONY’S SECRET was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

8 – 3/4th Grade 431m
HARNEY was best to begin. FLASH HOUDINI was slow to begin. Shortly after the start FLASH HOUDINI and LIL’ BIT SPARKY collided. Through the 1st turn FLASH HOUDINI checked off the heels of HOPPING HOUDINI, resulting in that greyhound losing ground. Entering the back straight MAYWYN’S ACE shifted in checking HARNEY and PREMIER PLAYER resulting in both greyhounds losing considerable ground.
The greyhound HARNEY was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.

SPLIT IT and MAYWYN WILL WIN were best to begin. BLACK STREET BOY and SPRING TWIG were slow to begin. Entering the back straight DOOLEY’S FIT checked off the heels of FIREY BENZ, resulting in both MEMGEEBEE and TRENTY’S ROSE also being checked and losing ground. Through the top turn FIREY BENZ checked off the heels of MAYWYN WILL WIN. BLACK STREET BOY raced wide throughout the home straight.

SKYE BRIDGE was best to begin. TARA MARRIE was slow to begin. Through the 1st turn LADY GOLDENPAW, BRALYN BAUPLE, BIG YELLOW TAXI and SKYE BRIDGE all collided resulting BIG YELLOW TAXI and SKYE BRIDGE being checked. Turning into the back straight PREMIER BEAR checked off the heels of MISS OLYMPIA causing PREMIER BEAR to falter. MISS OLYMPIA raced wide throughout the back straight. Entering the home straight PREMIER BEAR checked off the heels of SKYE BRIDGE.
