Stewards afforded Trainer R. Dempsey the opportunity to comment on tonight’s seemingly poor performance of NOT LIKE TOMMY.  R. Dempsey indicated it was the first time the bitch had drawn an inside box for some starts and when MAYWYN’S YING improved up into the inside of the greyhound approaching the 1st turn, resulting in some buffeting to NOT LIKE TOMMY he was in the view that it proved detrimental to the overall performance of the greyhound. R. Dempsay further added he was happy with the way greyhound finished off the event.

The greyhound NOT LIKE TOMMY was vetted and no apparent injuries were found.
