best to begin. OBI KENOBI was slow
out. Leaving the front straight MCCAW
MCCAW was tightened for room, checked shifted out and made contact with MY
SUPER causing both greyhounds to be checked.
UPBEAT TEMPO which was racing to its outside was checked as a consequence. Entering the back straight SPRING ABBY was
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Leaving the back straight SPRING DEAL
shifted out and made contact with SPRING ABBY causing that greyhound to be
checked. MY SUPER which was racing to
its outside was checked as a consequence.
Rounding the turn into the front straight SPRING ABBY and MY SUPER
collided. In the front straight MCCAW
MCCAW and UPBEAT TEMPO bumped. |

RACING NOVICE 431M OUTBACK FLYER and THURSDAY WIZARD
were best to begin. Shortly after the
start CLASSY BAMQUIN was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Shortly after OUTBACK SPRAKLER
and ORANGE THUNDER collided causing both greyhounds to be hampered. Approaching the turn into the back straight
KAR BLU was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. ORANGE THUNDER and CLASSY BAMQUIN which
were racing to its outside were both checked as a consequence. In the front straight CLASSY BAMQUIN and
ORANGE THUNDER collided. |

BANK NOVICE 520M MAGIC
SPARKLE was best to begin. Approaching
the turn out of the front straight BATTY LOVES BEER contacted the heels of
KNEW YOU WOULD and shifted out making heavy contact with TURN AND BURN
causing both greyhounds to be checked and lose ground. A TOUCH OF CAJUN which was racing to its
outside was checked as a consequence and lost ground. Entering the back straight SPEAR IT shifted
out and made contact with TURN AND BURN causing that greyhound to be checked. In the back straight CHECKOUT CHARLIE was
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. The
greyhound TURN AND BURN was vetted and no apparent injuries were found. |

GRADE 431M Even start. Shortly after the start SWITCH BLADE was
tightened for racing room and was checked as a consequence. Shortly after UP THE ATTITUDE and SPRING
RICKY collided causing SPRING RICKY to shift out and make contact with GOLD
TOTAL causing both greyhounds to be checked.
Entering the back straight SPRING RICKY contacted the heels of UP THE
ATTITUDE, shifted out and made heavy contact with GOLD TOTAL, causing both
greyhounds to be checked and lose considerable ground. Leaving the back straight SUPER LUIGI
shifted in and became awkward in its stride and lost ground. The greyhound SUPER LUIGI was vetted
and no apparent injuries were found. |

PET FOODS 4/5th GRADE 431M Even start. Shortly after the start URBAN STREET
faltered and lost considerable ground and took no further competitive part in
the race. Approaching the turn into
the back straight SUPA SMOOTH OSTI and SPRING RAYMOND were both tightened for
racing room, checked and lost ground.
MELODY SERENADE which was trailing was checked as a consequence. The greyhound URBAN STREET was
vetted and found to have suffered an injury to the near hind back muscle and
was stood down for a period of 21 days. |

was hampered. LONESOME DUK raced wide
in the back straight. |

begin. VEGAS BOUND was slow to muster
speed in the early stages and clipped the heels of HYPNOTIZED leaving the
front straight and was momentarily hampered.
WINSMIT was momentarily tightened for racing room leaving the front
straight and was hampered. Approaching
the turn into the back straight WINSMIT and UNDER ADVICE bumped. MAGIC BEAU which was racing to its outside
was checked as a consequence. LEGACY
CHIEF which was trailling was checked as a consequence. Leaving the back straight WINSMIT and UNDER
ADVICE collided causing both greyhounds to be checked. HYPNOTIZED which was trailling was checked
as a consequence. |

MAGIC contacted the hindquarters of COST A QUID and as a result the greyhound
stumbled and lost considerable ground.
KILTY JACK which was racing to its outside was severely checked as a
result of this incident. |
