MAIDEN HEAT 1 431M Even start with the exception of
ZABDON SENSATION which was very slow to begin. Through the 1st turn MADAM INDI
and HAPPY GLEN were tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Shortly after SACRED SHIELD was tightened
for racing room, checked and lost ground.
BET YOU WILL raced wide in the back straight. Approaching the turn out of the back
straight THUNDER OF FIRE was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. SACRED SHIELD which was
trailling was checked as a consequence. |

RACING MAIDEN HEAT 2 431M NOIRE CHERIE and RAGNAR LOTHBROK
were best to begin. MICRO MADNESS and
ELLIE’S BOY were slow out and collided shortly after the start. Through the 1st turn MISS
PEREGIAN improved onto the heels of RAGNAR LOTHBROK resulting in both
greyhounds being checked. Entering the
back straight VEE BEE DOOLEY and RAGNAR LOTHBROK collided resulting in both
greyhounds to be checked and lose ground.
Leaving the back straight ELLIE’S BOY was tightened for racing room,
checked and lost ground. MIS PEREGIAN
which was racing to its outside was checked as a consequence. Rounding the turn into the front straight
RAGNAR LOTHBROK improved onto the heels of ELLIE’S BOY shifted out and made
contact with MISS PEREGIAN resulting in both greyhounds to be checked. |

start with the exception of WITHCOTT ACE which was slow to begin. Approaching the 1st turn
KILCARNEY MIST was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Through the 1st turn FARMOR FOR
SHORE and ON THE WALL collided resulting in both greyhounds to be checked and
lose ground. KILCARNEY MIST which was
trailling was checked as a consequence and lost ground. Rounding the turn into the back straight
WITHCOTT ACE checked across the heels of ON THE WALL and lost ground as a
consequence. Entering the back straight
NOVA PARTY and DOUBLE DESTINY were tightened for racing room, checked and
lost ground. |

ALPHA FINANCIAL SERVICES NOVICE 431M Even start. Shortly after the start MINSTREL MAN was
tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Through the 1st turn SUPERFLUOUS
was tightened for racing room, checked and lost ground. Leaving the back straight CHASING RAINBOWS
shifted out and made contact with STRIKE OIL resulting in CHASING RAINBOWS
being severely checked and fall taking no further competitive part in the
race. The greyhound CHASING RAINBOWS
underwent a post race Veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were
found. |

TYRE SERVICE 4/5th GRADE HEAT 1 520M ALPHA PLUTO was best to begin. Shortly after the start BACK TO BUSINESS
and ALPHA ACHILLES collided resulting in both greyhounds to be hampered. In the front straight on the 1st
occasion BILLY ROSE HI shifted out,
BACK TO BUSINESS which was racing to its outside was checked as a
consequence. Leaving the front
straight MAKE THE MOST and GIFTED ANGEL collided resulting in GIFTED ANGEL
shifting out and come into contact with BILLY ROSE HI which in turn shifted
out and made contact with BACK TO BUSINESS with all greyhounds being checked
to varying degrees. ALPHA ACHILLES
which was trailing was checked as a consequence. Leaving the back straight ALPHA ACHILLES
improved onto the heels of BACK TO BUSINESS and was momentarily hampered. The greyhound BACK TO BUSINESS underwent
a post race Veterinarian examination and no apparent injuries were found. |

turn BLACKWOOD BURST was tightened for racing room, checked and lost
ground. Leaving the back straight GO
TO CONDONG commenced to give ground.
FAR FROM FEAR which was trailing was checked as a consequence. In the front straight CHEEKY CHEECH and FAR
FROM FEAR collided resulting in CHEEKY CHEECH being checked and lose ground. The greyhound GO TO CONDONG underwent
a post race Veterinarian examination and was found to have suffered an injury
to the off hind back muscle and was stood down for a period of 6 weeks. |
